The actual place was very clean and welcoming with all staff extremely helpful. Would recommend to brides to be in a heartbeat thank you

I went to Wed2be in Milton Keynes and I had Fiona help me with my dress,
It was my first time going wedding dress shopping and I really thought I would just try some on to get a rough idea of what shape I like and most likely not purchase anything that day. I also was quite nervous about the whole thing not knowing what to expect, however,
Fiona was just amazing from start to finish, she took the time to understand me and my taste to think about what dress would work for me.
I adored the first dress she picked out it’s like she read my mind. And every dress she chose for me to try she was listening to all the feedback I was giving and adjusting it accordingly .
I ended up buying the first dress she picked out and she made me feel so special I will never forget my experience.

Claudia made my experience so lovely, i was so nervous and anxious. Once I started talking to her and tried my first dress how I felt all went I was so comfortable. She was so lovely kind I felt a million dollars in the dresses she picked for me to try on and im so glad I said yes to the dress with her. All around the ladies are so lovely Claudia and the lady that was on counter where so friendly and nice. All I can say is Claudia carry on been you she was so bubbly was so easy to talk to .

What a lovely day , my first time in 40 years since I tried on wedding dresses and it was so much better. I had my two sisters ( witches of east-wick😂) who are very outspoken but my young lady that assisted us was AMAZING!! very patient and understanding as I didn’t give her to much of an idea what I wanted apart from sleeves. I must have tried on around 10 or more and finally found the dress. Thank you Elli again xx

My whole experience at wed2b was amazing, but Fiona in particular made it an absolute dream. Fiona was so attentive and clearly very knowledgeable about the dresses and how they are made and meant to fit. Fiona went above and beyond to ensure I felt happy and comfortable, and that I found the dress of my dreams. Thank you to Fiona and the whole Wed2B team for such a lovely and memorable experience!!

I went in feeling a bit unsure after reading mixed reviews, although I did know a few brides who had positive experiences and even found their dresses there. I honestly didn’t expect to find mine—especially not on my very first day of wedding dress shopping, but I’m so happy to say I did say yes to the dress!

We arrived at 9:15am on a Saturday, knowing it would likely be busy and that we couldn’t book in advance. We were third in the queue, were seen at 10:00am, and left around 12:30pm.

Hadiya was super friendly, helpful, and patient. She asked all the right questions, selected a variety of dresses, and guided me through the experience with ease. Throughout the experience, various staff members were warm and friendly, especially when I was trying on the dress I ultimately chose—they were very complimentary and made the moment feel special. Once I found “the one,” it was very nicely packaged, and I later received thoughtful, personalised notes along with helpful supplier information and follow-up communications.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a water dispenser or refreshments. Since brides and their guests can be there for quite a while, as we were, having access to drinks would make the experience even more comfortable.

Overall, I’m so pleased with my dress and had such a joyful, memorable experience.

The girls in the Milton Keynes store are lovely. They made it really easy to understand the types of bridesmaid dresses on offer and how to order. They were super lovely to my 13 year old and made her feel at ease.

Hadiya was amazing she sat down with me asked me a few questions so she could get an idea of what I’m after, she gave me lots of options and I picked out the dress and hadiya was fantastic with advise on what I could do with adding lace to the centre sheer v in the middle - which I never thought of doing - and she gave me a piece of lace to place there so I could invision it being slightly modified

Millie was so patient and attentive throughout my whole time of being there. Millie went above and beyond to ensure I felt happy and comfortable, as well as going back and forth to try a few dresses before finding my one - as well as my bridesmaids! Would absolutely recommend wed2b to everyone I know getting married!!

The time was taken to really understand my big day and the importance of my wants as a bride picking out my dress.
I love the methods used by this company and I greatly appreciate the help from Fiona.
Every single piece and its prices were explained incredibly well and multiple times, no surprise charges at all.
Items I was unsure of were not at all pushed upon me and I felt no pressure to say yes at any point during my visit.
Fiona went above and beyond to create my vision and made it work beautifully. I didn’t expect to buy my dress that day, but it was hard to say no. Beautiful selections were bought to me and I was given more than enough time to try each and every item I had been bought.

I had a genuinely awful experience with Wed2Be in Milton Keynes and would strongly advise others to avoid.

I purchased a dress and was assured at the time of purchase that the dress and underskirt would be properly checked before being packed. However, when I tried it on at home just a few days later, I found visible marks across the dress and underskirt, as well as a loose button on the dress.

I reported this immediately and returned to the store, but the way the situation was handled was extremely concerning. Initially they were very hostile and asserted the fact they do not issue refunds. I argued the fact the items were faulty and therefore eligible for a refund under their policy. The items were taken away from me into a separate room, and I was not asked to point out the marks at that time. Later, when I was finally asked to show the issue, the underskirt presented to me no longer had the marks that were clearly there before. She had swapped it out for a different underskirt. This is seriously concerning and shows they are a dishonest company lacking any integrity.

Although a refund for the dress was eventually given, this only happened after I had to push for it. I was also unable to get a refund for the faulty underskirt, and am also now left with the underskirt. sleeves and a veil for a dress I now no longer have.

On top of this, additional charges for boxes, bags and hangers were added without ever being explained or agreed. When I raised this, I was told I would have been told about them which is simply untrue. I was with 5 other people on the day who can also confirm they were not mentioned at any point. Being made to feel I was being dishonest, rather than having my concerns taken seriously, was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the boxes and bags themselves have an extremely unpleasant smell so can’t even be used.

Overall, the service was defensive, dismissive and lacked transparency throughout. Instead of resolving a clear issue, I was made to feel like the problem. This is not the level of service anyone should expect when purchasing something as important as a wedding dress.

I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
