What an amazing experience at the Ashford store! From the minute we arrived, we felt looked after. Meg was outstanding. She took the time to listen to my daughter, understood exactly what she was looking for, and after only five dresses found the perfect one. We honestly could not have asked for better service. A huge thank you to Meg and the whole team for making it such a memorable appointment

Said YES TO THE DRESSSSS! thank you Naomi for helping me. The first dress was the choice and that says a lot about Naomi’s expertise. She was so sweet all the time i had the most comfortable time!!!

Je word enorm goed geholpen. Wij hadden geluk dat wij de enige in de winkel waren, waarmee er volledig de tijd voor je word genomen. In alles wordt met je meegedacht en alle mogelijkheden worden besproken. Ook fijn dat je zonder afspraak kan binnenlopen. Ik was in 1x geslaagd!

Pro- Affordable, easy to access with stores all over if international/ bridesmaids spread out across GB, plus the walk in and no fee try on is a positive. The customer service phoneline is very lovely, attentive and helpful.

Con- Lack of consistency in customer experience across stores. Myself and my MOH had a lovely experience in Edin (despite being told the wrong window for orders), another bridesmaid Glasgow store grand, however my final bridesmaid had an awful experience in Dublin (left alone for 20+mins with no communication, nor bringing different sizes or styles requested -which some were avaliable in store-, she ended up leaving and had to find a staff member to inform that she had to go after 40 minutes). Website information for seamstresses doesnt reflect store suggestions and being told to text them as they wont reply to email as so busy, doesnt instill confidence in proffesionalism. Online automated updates incorrect e.g. I collected the dresses and got an email to say the dressed had been shipped shortly after. The upsell of hangers and bags for the dresses felt quite distasteful, for all 3 dresses poor quality cardboard hangers and one plastic bag for the 3 dresses to allow for an upsell left a sour final note at collection.

The dresses are nice and will do the job and the buisness is convienient, however if I was to do it again, I'm not sure I would go through Wed2be again unfortunatley.

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne und angenehme Brautkleid-Anprobe. Gunda war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und geduldig. Sie hat mir fünf verschiedene Kleider gezeigt und sich viel Zeit genommen, um auf meine Wünsche einzugehen. Ich habe mich während der gesamten Beratung sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung und die schöne Erfahrung!

My experience with my MOH was absolutely perfect. Courtney and the team were excellent. Being a larger lady, I felt comfortable and stunning in my dress. Thank you so much. x

Super freundliche Beratung! Dilara ist sehr detailliert und einfühlsam auf die Wünsche unserer Braut eingegangen. Sie hat sich ganz viel Zeit für unsere Braut genommen, es war absolut unproblematisch, auch noch einmal ein Kleid doppelt anzuprobieren. Und wir haben das perfekte Brautkleid gefunden. Wir werden wed2b auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Beratung war super nett und sehr einfühlsam. Dilara konnte direkt meinen Geschmack treffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch das Kleid gefunden. Vielen Dank!

Friendly and helpful staff who had good knowledge about the dress I’d described. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of patience and made me feel at ease.

From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease thanks to Josie, the wonderful lady, who helped me find my wedding dress. Josie was so warm, kind and genuinely attentive. She really listened to everything I said, paid attention to all the little details, and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for almost instantly.

Josie also took such great care of the family members I brought with me, making sure everyone felt welcome and included, which made the whole experience even more special.

Josie made me feel relaxed, comfortable and excited throughout the appointment, never rushing me and always offering thoughtful advice. Finding your wedding dress is such an important moment, and she made it one I’ll never forget.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and was so impressed with the level of care, professionalism and genuine kindness I received. Thank you for helping me find my perfect dress and making the whole experience so magical. I would recommend you to any bride without hesitation!

I went to the Ashford store today and Nic was amazing!! We got there at 10:30am and that was a perfect time because no one else was there, so Nic was with us the whole appointment. She knew what I had in mind and stuck with it! I said yes to the dress today and I’m so happy about my Wed2B experience! Would recommend to anyone going there!

I had a great experience at the Bromley store. I walked in and my details were taken, then shown the dress collections and explained the designers and their styles. After browsing a bit I took pics of the labels on dresses I wanted to try. Laci was so helpful and got the dresses I had my eye on. I tried on a total 4 dresses. I was torn between 1&4. Laci was patient with me as she helped me into each dress and my top choices a few times. I was given sleeves/strap options to help with the vision. I did say Yes! To a dress. While I chose to dress shop on my own, I’m glad I did. Laci and Emily were very helpful with useful feedback. Thank you Laci for helping me find the perfect dress “Amika”. Thank you Emily for hyping me up because you both knew which dress was the one. I also got a list of recommended seamstresses that will do alterations for me.

Friendly staff made me feel really relaxed! I was extremely nervous n quite tearful but thanks to the staff I was soon having fun and enjoying the whole thing!

I was so nervous about going to get my dress and trying them on but the ladies at Wed2B Birmingham were incredibly kind and lovely and I found my dream dress!

De ontvangst was hartelijk en ontspannen. Er werd echt geluisterd door Mieke (de verkoopster) naar de wensen van de bruid, met welke afwerking ze zich goed voelde. Na enkele pasbeurten was het zover ❤️. Dé jurk 👗 was gevonden. Van harte bedankt!

The best experience I could have wished for!
I was so nervous before starting my dress search I was physically shaking in the changing rooms!
From the moment we entered the store all the staff were kind and comforting and put us at easy. We were seen to straight away by Farrah who explained how their shop worked and asked lots of questions about our day, what sort of dresses I had been looking at and anything I did or didn’t want in my dress. As a bigger girl I was really nervous that they wouldn’t hold stock of my size or that I would be limited to choice, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had an incredible experience trying on a number of dresses, retrying some dresses and eventually picking my perfect dress. I was given time and space to be in my dress and didn’t feel rushed at all. Farrah talked through how dresses could be adapted by a seamstress to change any details I wasn’t keen on and gave a list of recommended places to visit after. I would get married a thousand times over to have that experience again and I cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding day.

Bought a dress from Web2b in March and initially was very happy with the appointment.

Had my first seamstress appointment this week and realised I had been given the wrong veil and the wrong size underskirt.

During my appointment, I rejected the first veil I was given but was happy with the second and chose to purchase. My receipt shows the name of the correct veil I wanted, but unfortunately they gave me the original one that I didn't like and boxed that up.

In the appointment, the lady out me in a underskirt and originally in a medium. I stated I wanted a small and the lady clearly disagreed with me but I insisted. Long story short, she gave me the medium by mistake. This was listed on the receipt but I didn't realise amongst the long list of items.

Sadly none of this was realises until my seamstress appointment (they tell you to leave everything bagged and boxed up until it needs to be looked at so hadnt thought to check before and incorrectly assumed Id be given then correct items) and meaning we couldn't continue, so I had wasted half a day annual leave and a 2 hour round car trip, as well as the panic that I now only have 2 seamstress appointments left and hope that's enough.

I contacted web2b and it has been agreed they will exchange, however they called it a "gesture of goodwill" despite it being totally their error. I now have to waste more annual leave to go back to the MK Wed2b store as well as even more wasted money on travelling costs to exchange. There was no apology for their error and it's just really put me off.

Wed2b isn't that cheap, especially when they add on all the other costs like hangers, bags, boxes etc (watch for this if you buy- you dont need them and they'll push them on you and it all really adds up). I genuinely wish I'd gone to a proper bridal boutique, had a nicer experience, probably wouldn't have been given the wrong items and if I were, had a better customer service experience after.

She really took the time to get to know me, my wedding and my vision.

Nothing was too much trouble and she was incredibly patient with my very specific requests! Her advice and expertise were fantastic and I managed to find my dream dress!

I definitely feel I got the full bridal experience and with no appointment times it felt incredibly relaxed and not rushed.

Would recommend Wed2b with there beautiful dresses and fantastic staff to anyone.

Love this store! Not only did i get the most fabulous wedding dress in the belfast shop, but Paula made the experience personalised to me. She listened to what I wanted and provided the perfect experience. She found the most perfect dress for me and got to know me and my wedding plans to make sure everything suited. She also really looked after my bridal party and my wee granny, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. Her styling ideas were great and made sure the whole package matched. I never felt rushed or pressured and even though i found my dress early, paula gave me the time to try others to make sure i was 100% certain. I will be forever grateful for the experience we received and I cant wait to wear my perfect dress and veil on my wedding day. I would recommend wed2be to anyone for the perfect bridal experience.
