I was nervous about wedding dress shopping for many reasons but the ladies (Jules and Amy) were wonderfully kind and encouraging. They really helped me to gradually get to the dress I wanted. A brilliant experience.

I loved my experience at Wed2B in Stoke. We had the pleasure of being with Grace and herself and the team were great! I’d been to a few shops and not found the dress for me yet but I did have an idea of what I’d want. The ladies here were friendly, helpful and it was a lovely calm experience. I felt no pressure to buy on the spot but after a quick think, I knew it was the dress for me. We went back today to collect and again it was a easy and friendly experience

Thank you so much ladies for your help and guidance, it definately made the experience exciting and enjoyable and I really appreciate all your help! Now just to wait to wear the dress!

Best experience ever!!

I came in today with some of my bridesmaids and mine and my partner’s Mum, we were looked after so well by two lovely staff members, Calyssa (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong!!) and Amy. They made me feel so special and so attended to. Calyssa picked out the most perfect dresses for me to try and knew what I liked straight away. They both made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride in the world (thank you both again!!) I am so grateful for this experience and wish I could do it every day.

I’ve literally had the best experience today at wed2b!! I had Clarissa who was absolutely amazing made me feel so comfortable and relaxed she is such a lovely girl and i can’t thank her enough for helping me find the one 🤍 but the whole experience and all of the staff were amazing xx

I had no idea what I wanted but Grace was lovely and patient with me and I found my dream dress!

Visited the Stoke store today. I was welcomed to be told who I would be placed with and seen to within 10 minutes. I went through what styles I liked, tried on a number of dresses. Felt so welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. I was placed with Maddison who was absolutely amazing, helped me getting in and out the dresses, gave me ideas and opinions. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me pick the perfect dress for my wedding day. Can not thank her enough x

Went feeling very nervous about finding the right dress, but instantly was put at ease with Lizzie who made the whole experience incredible! She knew the stock and understood my vision incredibly well and came up with four perfect choices for me. Went away with the perfect dress and the whole process was quick and seamless. Would highly recommend. Thanks Lizzie!

I had a fantastic experience at Wed2B Stoke!
It was my first time looking for a wedding dress and myself and my close family members felt valued and supported from the moment we stepped foot through the store doors.
Amy warmly welcomed us and continued to check on us throughout the morning and Kelissa went above and beyond, really listening to how I felt or what I wanted.
Thanks to Kelissa and the team, I found the perfect dress and took it home that day.

We were helped by Molly yesterday at Web2B Stoke. She was very helpful and lovely to chat to. She listened to what I thought I wanted and we found my dress within 3 choices. We weren't rushed at all with the process and had a lovely experience picking my wedding dress. This was my first time dress shopping.

Had a really lovely time today at wed2b in stoke all the staff where lovely and friendly molly one of the staff members molly dealt with me today she was lovely and listened to everything I said and wanted in my dress molly was just the best and after Trying on 6 dress we found the one I said yes 2 thank you very much wed2b you have all bin amazing more so molly so thank you very much

Fanatastic staff willing help uou every way they can only wish i bought my dress from them but i bought my bridesmaid dresses in forest green 3 bridesmaid but excellent service x

I bought my dress last week and Kellisa was amazing, made me feel comfortable in each dress and we found the perfect one. I will definitely be going back to find the Bridesmaid dresses.

Every staff member made me feel so important and listened to during an anxious time choosing my dress. Lizzie and Jules were particularly brilliant, patient and caring in their roles in store. They were the "hype" girls I needed in that moment, youre both such a huge credit to your team. When I was unable to attend the store to put a deposit on the last size 10 in my dream dress, due to working back to back 13hr shifts on the NICU, they actually went the extra mile to put the dress safety aside for me, providing such reassurance. I will never forget the kindess shown by your team and the lovely memories made on my dress searching experience.

Julia was fabulous. She was very friendly, made me feel really comfortable and we had a laugh along the way. All in all she made it a really lovely and enjoyable experience that I will remember.

Lizzie at the Stoke store was brilliant. This was my first visit to a wedding dress shop and I really wasn’t sure what to expect. All of the girls were so nice, supportive and welcoming. Thank you Lizzie for helping me find such a gorgeous dress and accessories!!

Due to an exceptionally busy morning we were waiting longer than usual however once we were in there I couldn’t have ask for better help with my special day than Amy and Julia they were amazing and got me to the most gorgeous dress I could possibly imagine and I couldn’t happier…well worth the wait. So incredibly happy with the service and was blown away by how quickly Julia managed to zone in on my perfect dress

Not pushy, knows a lot about what dresses are best for your body, nothing is ever to much for them.
