I had a fabulous experience in the Wed 2 be in Stoke yesterday. I had a walk-in appointment with Lizzy and she was so, so helpful. She seems to know exactly what I was looking for, was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The dress I picked was a little small and they managed to get on the phone and track down a slightly larger size from their Wednesbury branch. I now have a beautiful dress lined up! Thank you so so much to the Wed 2 Be Team :)

The staff at the stoke store are fabulous and very helpful. Grace was amazing and helped me pick a dress. I knew what style I wanted and was quick to get the dress ready for me to try on. Because I was on my own with no ontrange the staff came and said I looked beautiful and let me walk around the store. I was talking to other brides to be everyone very friendly .

The Stoke store has been fantastic I have visited their store 3 times to find my dress. They've been wonderful especially today Grace was wonderful . I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted , Grace listened to what I liked and then got dresses that were perfect for me . After a previous bad experience in another bridal shop I cannot thank Wed2b enough. I’m so happy with my dress thank you

Very welcoming and all staff are lovely, very helpful indeed.

Grace was amazing,as well as the two other women working in there. Went at the perfect time as it was quiet. Overwhelmed at how much there was to choose from. Grace was so helpful as well with accessorising me and making a dress i wasnt 100% on become my perfect dress. Felt super comfortable and welcomed.

Amy (Store Manager) was extremely welcoming on both occasions, the second we walked into the shop. She had a very warm disposition and I felt no pressure to buy.
Initially, we had a long consultation with Julia who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and again made me feel at ease. I was undecided on which dress and again felt no pressure to buy as she insisted that a wedding dress must feel like 'the one'.
I returned two weeks later where I was seen by Lizzie who also really helpful - although this time it was a shorter consultation as I realised which dress was 'the one'.
In summary, the whole experience was extremely positive and five stars. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wed2Be Stoke to others.

I didnt realise buying a dress could be so stressful. Im a 56 year old bride. Only 5ft 1. But with the help of the lovely wonderful staff. At stoke on trent store. Amy. Julia Liz and team. I walked away with my dream dress. Highly recommend this store. They went above and beyond to make sure I was entirely happy. As I originally purchased a dress from store a week earlier and changed my mind and returned to store. I got the same welcoming treatment 2nd time round. Always smiling. Extremely helpful. I couldn't of asked for better ladies to help me choose my dream dress. 5 star service from all staff.
