Very speedy response to fix mums glasses.

Ann Marie and Sarah came to our care home and always give such a professional experience for our residents. they are friendly, helpful and offer an excellent service!!

The staff were polite , professional & explained the results of Mums eye test results very clearly . I was very impressed with the whole experience . They have since informed me that her glasses have now been delivered & fitted . Also her name will be engraved on the glasses , which is very good .

Sarah was very polite and was very approachable when fitting the residents glasses. Ensured they felt comfortable before she left. Highly recommend sarah

Provided glasses for my wife in nursing home and went that extra mile by indcribing her name on the frame in case she mislayed them. Also good quality glasses and service

We needed replacement glasses urgently for our 93yr old Mum who’s in a care home. I spoke with Gary on the Saturday who sent out a lovely young man called Marcus on Monday morning who was kind and considerate with Mum who suffers from Dementia and by the end of the day the new glasses plus a spare pair with her name inscribed on both arrived and were fitted on Mum who was “over the moon” to have her new glasses.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Excellent service and very professional staff with equipment that seems perfect for the visits to Care Homes. Their patience and care with my wife who has advanced dementia was outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased with both their care skills and the outcome of her eye tests.

Seamless service provided for Dad who has dementia and lives in a care home. Excellent communication with myself throughout the process on results of eye test, selecting frames, delivery and fitting. Dad helped to choose a trendy pair with his name engraved on inner leg.
