Great service and care, Sarah was very professional and friendly 😀 they set up a clinic within our home and helped the residents to feel like it was a visit to the opticians. Highly recommend Connect eye care!

The Connect Eyecare team were outstanding from start to finish. They were patient, kind, and very professional while supporting our residents with their eye care. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated everyone with respect, and made the whole experience calm and comfortable.
It’s not easy working in a care setting, but they handled every situation with empathy and understanding. The residents felt at ease and well looked after.
Highly recommend their service — a fantastic team doing great work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Connect Eye Care have been visiting my care homes for the past two years, and I cannot fault the service they provide. They make our residents feel safe, they’re incredibly patient, and they’re wonderfully dementia‑friendly. Connect Eyecare has had such a significant positive impact on the service provided for our patients. Previously we lacked consistency and the in-home appointments were very basic. Since changing to Connect Eyecare, patients enjoy attending the pop-up high-street experience opticians and chatting to the friendly and professional staff. Patients have expressed how they enjoyed being able to have their eyes tested in the nursing home whilst still receiving a professional service. Appointments are planned and communicated in advance with our nursing team and the telephone customer service staff are always helpful in managing new patients, this has ensured a smooth and relaxing experience overall for our patients. Overall, Connect Eyecare have been a fantastic integration with our nursing home and we haven't looked back since. Kept informed as my father in a home very professional but I think I should have been asked about new glasses as opposed to putting lenses in existing frames as my father suffers dementia
