Very professional, friendly, helpful and approachable.

We have started using Connect Eyecare within our care home setting as of summer 2025. When they have attended they have delivered an excellent person centred service to all our residents.

I have experienced friendly yet professional help right from the start. I'd particularly like to mention Gary. He suggested I look at the gov.uk website to see if I might get some monetary help for dad's glasses cost. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was possible and am very grateful to Gary for this advice. Overall this has been positive from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have been using Connect Eyecare at Forest Brow for around 2 years. They have a range of equipment that is dementia friendly, which gives our residents a comfortable and non invasive experience, reducing anxiety. The glasses all come in good time, and usefully for us, have the residents name engraved on the arm! The staff are always warm and professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Caitlin and Chirag were absolutely marvellous and professional when dealing with our residents. They arrived promptly and were extremely thorough in their approach.

Lovely service from Sarah and Jenna. Made our residents feel safe and comfortable throughout.

The service provided by Connect Eyecare was excellent from beginning to end. They kindly visited a very elderly relative in a care home, undertook all the neccessary checks and returned to undertake any adjustments upon completion. Communication was excellent throughout via e-mail

I have always found the team at Connect Eyecare exceptionally helpful when I phone regarding glasses for my Brother who lives in a Nursing Home. Gary and Craig deserve special mention for their kindness and understanding.

I can’t recommend Connect Eyecare highly enough. From the moment the team walked into our care home they were pleasant, professional, and attentive. What really stood out was how dementia-friendly their approach is. They take the time to explain everything clearly, show patience and understanding, and create a calm environment by mimicking a real life optician experience. It’s reassuring to know that they not only provide excellent eye care but also go the extra mile to support individuals with dementia and their families. Truly a service that combines expertise with compassion.

I can happily recommend Connect Eyecare for their outstanding service. When my father lost his glasses, the team truly pulled out all the stops to help us. They were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, and managed to get his replacement glasses sorted within a very short timeframe.

Your team visited my sister's care home, I went to support her as she's a new resident. They were so professional, patient and kind. Gary rang me within a week to explain what happened next, and emailed the details and bill, which I sorted out easily over the phone. An excellent experience, thank you all.

The experience I have had with connect Eyecare has been excellent. My mum is in a care home and has dementia. The girls were fantastic at explaining to both myself and mum, what was needed and how things were going to be done. I was kept to date when the glasses would be ready and although I was on holiday the glasses were fitted and I was sent an email the same day explaining what had been done and letting me know about the aftercare service in case anything was needed. The service they provide is exceptional

The team at connect eye care really go the extra mile now can see in HD after been fitted for new glasses nothing was to much trouble even putting lenses in my sunglasses a truly 5 star experience
