Great service and very friendly staff in attendance, handed out pens as well. Residents appeared to be happy with care given and managed to get through all those requiring eye tests. Very processional. Both Sarah and Ann Marie deserve all praise for their hard work today. Thank you ladies !

Great experience with Connect Eyecare, very professional, friendly service and excellent advice throughout.

Great service, my Father is in Care Home and his glasses were too tight and marking his face, we called and someone was there within a few hours to fix for him. Her name was Alison and she was fabulous as my father is non verbal but Alison was great at communicating with him to solve his issue. Very grateful for your assistance Alison.

I have used connect eye care for the last few years within my care homes and they are extremely professional, polite and take the time to make sure our residents feel comfortable and safe. The shop they bring really helps to make our residents at ease. I would like to mention two team members who are excellent - Sarah and Jenna. A great asset to connect eye care.

We changed our eye care over to Connect eye care s we were having some issues with our current supplier. From the first initial meeting through to appointment day and glass fitting we have had a fantastic service. Staff spent time with our residents getting to know them and their preferences. After meeting just once when it came round to fitting Danielle remember the names of residents. A very person and enjoyable experience for all involved. Cant wait to keep working with everyone .

Needed new glasses for my Dad after his were lost in the care home. Connect Eyecare explained everything clearly and precisely after examining him. New glasses were delivered to dad today, much sooner than anticipated. As I live in Jersey and dad is in Edinburgh, this whole experience has been very easy and dad now has his glasses of choice. Thank you very much to all involved.

Connect eyecare work closely with my wife’s care home providing a very good on call service, in this case very quickly supplying new spectacles when the old ones got broken. Their staff are helpful and courteous and available when needed. Great service

We had a lovely visit from Connect Eye Care. They set up a pop-up eye clinic right here in the home, which was such a great idea.

The residents really enjoyed it, a few of the ladies had a nice chat in the waiting area while waiting for their turn, and it honestly felt just like a trip to the opticians, only without having to go out in the cold!

The team were so friendly and patient, and it was clear they really understood how to make everyone feel comfortable. Having this kind of service come to us makes such a difference.

As connect eye care visit our home they are very friendly towards staff and most importantly our residents they are made to feel relaxed and interact well making their experience pleasant.

the staff are very patient, kind and respectful, with residents that have dementia within the care home , (pop up shop) staff make the experience the same as what they would receive in a shop.
Excellent after care when accidents happen with residents glasses they also provide dementia friendly signage for the home.

The company provided a comprehensive report on my Mum's current eye health. Taking the time to hold an over the phone consultation explaining the results and any concerns moving forward. Inscribing the name on the glass frame is a great idea

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of the full process as my sister has additional needs. She felt well supported during her eye examination. The report written was very informative and I love their after care services.
