We had a positive experience throughout…

We had a positive experience throughout the process of acquiring our machine. From meeting and working with Jason Damis at NECPA to ordering the machine, accepting delivery, and going through the on-site training with Alvin Wells, everything was well organized, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, and we have a fantastic machine. My only concern was timing for receiving the machine, which was a problem outside of Miller Weldmaster's control. Delayed shipping prevented us from receiving the machine when we had hoped to so that we would have time to acclimate and train. Slowly we are catching up and becoming more comfortable operating the Triad Extreme.

Miller representatives

Miller representatives Andy and Eric are always professional and helpful. Our unwinds were occasionally erratic. I asked Andy for help with the issue, he in turn contacted Eric who corrected the issue.

Quoting speed that is unmatched.
You guys have the FASTEST quoting than any other company we deal with. I have other companies that take 2-3 weeks to quote 1 item. It's something to be proud of and praised. Thank you for how hard you guys work.
