Identification of the part I required and processing of my p.o. was quick. My only reason for deducting a star was that it would have been less expensive for me to purchase just the rubber tread rather than the entire wheel assembly.

Excellent attention from Miller's collaborators. Immediate response to each requirement that I send them. Miller is a pleasure to work with.

Everytime we need to have our machine serviced, they are quick to respond and get it back to us quickly.

Mason and Brian came to our shop to install the drop stitch unit and set up the ultrasonic cutter. After setting up they spent time training our staff on its use. They were efficient in the setup and the training was excellent both in information and technique. The crew was engaged and excited.

I am a craft designer wanting to move into other areas of the craft and I see fabric welding as one of the way to achieve my goals.I was making handmade jewelry and now I want to move into making hammocks and swings using rope,mesh and canvas I think fabric welding can take me to that next level and I like what your company is offering.
