I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.
I saw an ad via Instagram that looked legit. So I spent just over £40 on four books. Took about three weeks to arrive but the quality was very poor: loads of typos and weird spacing, like they’ve made fake copies in a rush!
I’ve emailed them three times but never had a response.
They make it appear they’re a Swedish company on the website, but it’s actually Chinese.

SCAM! Ordered 3 books for over £40 a month ago. payment has been taken and given a blank confirmation email. Nothing has arrived and customer services are ignoring my emails.

Loathe to give even 1 star. Appalling customer service. Actually believe now that is a scam site. DO NOT USE!!! Have sent three emails to ‘customer service’ but they have been ignored.
Payment taken but no order confirmation email.

Purchase never arrived no communication from seller, no reply to email.

Service and customer service is so poor it might as well be a scam site.

I ordered a suction hook and got one which requires drilling, raw plugs and screws!!

Have asked them to resend the correct order or refund me but having read the reviews not holding up much hope 😢

After reading these reviews I didn’t feel hopeful that my order would arrive. That said, and a little late they did arrive 10days later.
Although longer that expected they were not excessively late and arrived by Royal mail.
The quality is average, not the quality of a book that it suggested on the website. I will keep them as returning them would probably be more hassle than it’s worth. Given the reviews I feel lucky my order arrived :)

I did email the company and did not hear back from the customer service.

Bought 4 note books, and they contain numberous typos and errors. I've emailed Welkin three times and haven't heard back. Quality is really disappointing, especially given how expensive they are!
Avoid.

Welkinbird just flagged up on my Facebook looked brilliant the book about your dad’s life story great idea but luckily i trustpiloted the name welkinbird at all the reviews are so back so my question is why is facebook letting them still advertise with such bad reports in this day an age

No communication. Wrong items sent, I tried writing to them to correct no response. I spent around £40 with them. Would advise DO NOT USE

I ordered 2 book mugs. Waited for ever. Sent 3-4 messages and never received a reply. I will never use them again. Also I think the mugs were over priced

I ordered from them and received nothing. Scam artists

Typical China based scammers - DO NOT BUY

Do not order- I ordered and recieved no confirmation of order or payment. Payment taken from account and have not recieved order. All emails ignored. This company should be taken off Facebook

After several strong emails I received my order which I was very pleased with, however,
I had no response to my emails, no confirmation of purchase and no promised Discount. This is a poor service which I can do without, which is a shame.
I’m sure plenty have a good experience, just not nice when you don’t.

Nearly fell for the scam on Facebook …but checked the website and didn’t look too clever but passable I guess but had spring sale so knew it wasn’t being managed so therefore not a proper trading company haha

Like other people have said I placed an order and paid almost £40 and have not received a delivery I have tried contacting the company but no reply!! Wish I had read the reviews on here before as I would never had ordered knowing what I know now. Certainly can not recommend I am sure this company are just fraudsters!

Tried to order a binder. 10% discount offered, not deducted on payment page, tried to pay using four different credit cards, none accepted though all were valid.
Rubbish outfit, should be struck off.

Crooks, don’t use them, order not delivered and can get no response, absolute criminals.

Ordered a binder and that was not delivered. Emailed several times and there has been no response.

DO NOT USE Ordered 4 copies of a book - received 4 copies of totally different title. When raised with them they asked me to return to China or if postage too expensive (of course it was!) they said they would give me 30% refund. Now raising with my card company as disputed payment.
