This review is incorrect. We sell used parts only, and every listing clearly shows real photos of the exact item being sold. Used parts will always have signs of previous use, which is normal and expected.
Customers purchasing used items should understand they are not new parts. If there is any issue, we are always open to communication to resolve the situation.

I do not fully understand this review. The buyer themselves admits that they did not carefully check all the photos. The defect was clearly visible in the pictures I provided, so it is difficult to see how this would be my fault.

The photos accurately showed the actual condition of the item. Not noticing a detail in the pictures is simply an oversight on the buyer’s part, not a result of misleading information or hidden damage.

Additionally, the buyer did not request a return or replacement, which suggests that the purchased item is being used without issue. If the defect truly prevented normal use, I assume such action would have been taken.

I always encourage buyers to carefully review all photos and ask any questions before purchasing to avoid misunderstandings like this.

Unfortunately, this review is not accurate and is misleading.

The customer changed the reason for return multiple times during the communication:

first, the order cancellation was requested because a different part was needed;

then the return was requested due to an incorrect diagnosis by the garage;

later, the customer questioned the Q1/Q2 marking, which was clearly explained as a production revision with no impact on compatibility or functionality;

only after the part had been installed and coded did the customer claim that the ABS pump was defective.

The product delivered was exactly the part that was ordered, fully matching the OEM numbers listed in the offer. We sell used automotive parts and are not responsible for incorrect diagnoses by workshops or incorrect part selection.

According to our terms and applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once a used part has been installed and put into use. Reporting a defect only after several previous return attempts based on different reasons undermines the credibility of the complaint.

The refusal of the return is based on facts and clearly stated conditions, not on unwillingness to assist.

To clarify:

The item you received was a used original part, as described and shown in the photos on our website. All products are sold in the condition stated in the listing, and any visible defects are documented.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, at your own expense. This is standard for B2C online sales unless the seller states otherwise.

After receiving the return and confirming its condition, we will issue a full refund for the product value (€400). Shipping fees (€50) are clearly marked as non-refundable in our Terms and Conditions:

Additionally, we must state that we have received multiple emails from this customer containing threats and attempts at blackmail, including demands for a partial refund in exchange for removing a negative review and withdrawing a payment dispute.
