We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience. However, we must firmly reject the accusations of fraud, which are false, harmful, and legally serious.

To clarify:

The item you received was a used original part, as described and shown in the photos on our website. All products are sold in the condition stated in the listing, and any visible defects are documented.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, at your own expense. This is standard for B2C online sales unless the seller states otherwise.

After receiving the return and confirming its condition, we will issue a full refund for the product value (€400). Shipping fees (€50) are clearly marked as non-refundable in our Terms and Conditions:

Additionally, we must state that we have received multiple emails from this customer containing threats and attempts at blackmail, including demands for a partial refund in exchange for removing a negative review and withdrawing a payment dispute.

Such behavior is unacceptable and may constitute a violation of Article 12 of Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, as well as civil or criminal liability under defamation and coercion laws.

We remain fully committed to resolving this matter legally and fairly, but we will not respond to threats or tolerate defamatory statements.

We invite the customer once again to follow the proper return procedure so we can resolve the case in accordance with the law and our policies.

Der Scheinwerfer wurde vor dem Versand geprüft und unbeschädigt verschickt, mit entsprechender Verpackung zum Schutz beim Transport. Sollte der Schaden während der Lieferung entstanden sein, ist das ein Fall für den Transportschadenprozess, den wir wie üblich beim Zusteller melden.

Ihre Reklamation haben wir zur Kenntnis genommen, jedoch bitten wir um Verständnis, dass die Bearbeitung je nach Fall einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann, insbesondere wenn eine Prüfung mit dem Versanddienstleister notwendig ist.

Die Behauptung, wir würden nicht reagieren, entspricht nicht der Wahrheit – wir bemühen uns, jede Anfrage zu beantworten, und haben auf Ihre Nachricht geantwortet oder werden dies zeitnah tun.

Öffentliche Aussagen wie „280 € weggeschmissen“ oder „nicht kaufen“ basieren auf Einzelfällen und stellen eine potenziell rufschädigende Verallgemeinerung dar. Bitte beachten Sie, dass unwahre oder rufschädigende Behauptungen rechtliche Konsequenzen haben können.

The part sent was exactly as described in the listing — a used part, as clearly stated. We always provide detailed photos, and if any condition was unclear, you had the possibility to request additional information or clarification beforehand.

You contacted us after receiving the part, and we kindly ask for your understanding if we were unable to respond immediately. We do respond to all inquiries and do our best to resolve issues fairly.

Accusations such as “cheaters” or “not serious” are false and defamatory. We are a legitimate, registered business that works hard to satisfy every customer. Public insults and misinformation can lead to legal consequences.

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we must firmly clarify the following:

The part you ordered was shipped in the condition stated in the listing, and we strongly reject the claim that we sent a used or damaged item as a "new" one. All our parts are inspected, documented, and securely packed before shipping.

If the item was damaged during transport, we always initiate a claim with the courier, as per standard procedure. For this, we ask for photos and videos, which are used to support the case. Damage in transit does not mean the item was sent defective.

We have replied to your messages, although sometimes responses may take longer due to time zones or the need for internal verification. Lack of an immediate resolution does not mean we are ignoring your case.

Accusing us of being “scammers” or using xenophobic language (“from the east”) is both unfounded and inappropriate. We are a registered European business with hundreds of satisfied customers across the EU. These types of public defamation can lead to legal consequences.

You are, of course, free to contact the ECC (European Consumer Centre) — we fully support legal consumer protection frameworks and are always open to cooperating through official channels.
