Por mi parte no pondría ni una estrella, hice el pedido el 17 de marzo y hoy día 23 de abril se comunican conmigo después de escribir montones de correos que llegará el 29 de abril, pero está por ver si llegará ese día, me gustaría que me hiciesen una compensación en el precio por el retraso tan grande que está habiendo.
Por lo que no recomiendo su empresa para nada, ni se han dignado a contestarme las veces que yo lo he hecho con ustedes.

Nuoširdžiai baisu, buvo užsakyta automobilio lempa už 200eur. Pačią dalį gavome ties šitu viskas gerai, tačiau lempa pati buvo netvarkinga, bandant grąžinti kurjeris atsiųstas be perspėjimo. Išsiuntus lempą atgal, pinigai kaip negrįžo taip negrįžo į sąskaitą. Po 2sav laukimo pats paskambinau paklaust kas darosi. Gavau atsakymą, kad nežino ir tik kai paskambinau pažiūrėjo, kad dėl "KAŽKO" nenori pardavėjas priimti atgal prekės, tačiau ją pasiliko sau..? Prie to pačio tos lempos skelbimas iki šiol stovi puslapyje už tą pačia kainą. Apgailėtina. Jei atgausiu pinigus papildysiu.

Atsiunte ne ta detale kokia buvo uzsakyta ir parodyta pas juos. Uzsakytas buvo C-Max kuro filtro dangtelis o atsiunte S-Max visa kuro filtro dezute, o ji net netinka. Sumoketa 130eur , bandant susisiekti jokios reakcijos, neatsako i email. telefonais neatsiliepia, jei jie ir toliau ignoruos, tada kreipsiuosi i vartotoju teisiu tarnyba ,kad jie pasidometu sitais brudais!!!

Absolute Katastrophe – klare Warnung vor diesem Anbieter.

Ich habe ein Autoteil bestellt, das dringend benötigt wurde. Nach der Bestellung wurde ich plötzlich aufgefordert, zusätzlich 250 € Versandkosten zu zahlen – was ich aufgrund Größe und Gewicht zunächst noch nachvollziehen konnte.

Der Gesamtbetrag von 961 € wurde von mir überwiesen. Danach begann das eigentliche Problem:
Ich wurde über Wochen immer wieder hingehalten, Liefertermine wurden nicht eingehalten und auf konkrete Nachfragen gab es keine verlässlichen Antworten.

Mittlerweile sind über 8 Wochen vergangen, ohne Lieferung oder Rückerstattung.

Statt einer Lösung stehe ich jetzt vor dem Problem, mein Geld aufwendig zurückholen zu müssen.

Mein Fazit:
Finger weg von diesem Anbieter.
Aus meiner Erfahrung absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dort zu bestellen.

I was a little nervous ordering parts from abroad for the first time from. I ordered a pedastrian sensor for a Hyundai tuscon. Delivery and cost still cheaper than any where I could find at home and reading a lot of negative reviews after purchase did worry me as the part I ordered totalled €712. I was given a delivery date by Fedex and could track it all the way. was delivered as advised and was able to fit the part the following day. All error codes now gone off the dashboard and completely happy with service and delivery. Definitley will visit again if needed

I had a terrible experience with XDALYS. You cannot check stock availability until you pay. I ordered and paid for an Audi A6 C8 front bumper (part 4k0807437), and it took them a full week to inform me that the part was unavailable. Even worse, this exact bumper is still listed as available on their website, clearly baiting other customers.

They held my funds for seven days, and due to their EUR pricing and forced currency conversions (I am based in Poland), I lost nearly 100 PLN for nothing. They even tried to charge shipping fees to their warehouse for a non-existent item. It feels like a business model designed to profit from exchange rate margins and holding customer deposits. Avoid this place!

On Dec. 2025 I ordered one spare part that was officially available for immedaite shipment from their stock.
I waited more than 1 month to receive it, every week they were dealying.
Finally on Feb.03 2026 I asked for the order cancellation and reimbursment........till now NOT RECEIVED.
NOT SERIOUS AT ALL

I don't know how you do it but you find parts that are not available anywhere else. That is great. Only negativity is that it took a long time to deliver. I know good thing are worth the wait but there was a period before handing the part over to Fedex that there was no information at all.

Attention everyone! This is the worst platform for selling spare parts. After payment, they change the terms and delivery costs. Refunds are delayed for weeks.

Katastrophal! Bieten gebrauchte Teile auf der Homepage an zu einem realistischen Preis an! Man erwirbt das Teil online und zahlt per Debitkarte! Dann kommt Bestätigung der Bestellung. Nach zwei Tagen dann Mitteilung, dass das Teil nicht mehr verfügbar ist und senden einen Link, wo das gleiche Teil dann 2,5 mal so teuer ist wie vorher! Kommunikation verheerend und dann noch Androhung der Sperrung der Mailadresse wegen Sendung von Zuviel gesendeten Mailanfragen wann die Lieferung kommt!

Po dviejų dienų gaunate pranešimą, kad dalies nebėra, ir nuorodą, kurioje ta pati dalis yra 2,5 karto brangesnė nei anksčiau! Bendravimas siaubingas, o tada jie grasina užblokuoti jūsų el. pašto adresą, nes siunčiate per daug el. laiškų, kuriuose klausiama, kada atvyks siunta!

Warning: Fraud and scam!
Terrible! They offer used parts on their website for what seems to be a real price! You buy the part online and pay with a debit card! Then you get an order confirmation.

Two days later you get a message that the part is no longer available and a link where the same part is 2.5 times more expensive than before! The communication is terrible and then they threaten to block your email address because you send too many emails asking when the shipment will arrive!

If you have a problem with your part, expect zero support.

They did not even reply back to my messages about an incorrect part sent.

The order took a very long time to arrive. The delivery time was 42 days. There was an increase in shipping costs after the order was placed, even though this should have been calculated from the beginning, without requesting additional payment after the initial purchase.
