Answered all my questions, made the complicated process less complicated.

NaTausha was great, answered my questions, was kind and understanding, and went the extra mile to investigate claims, call health providers on my behalf, look up information and provide a quality experience.

Monica was so patient and walked me through all of my questions around WeShare. Insurance and programs like insurance can be so confusing, and she was so happy to help me. I feel like I finally understand the program! She even went as far to help me with a Healthy Discount.

I needed to downgrade my plan, and my representative Missy was such a wonderful help! She went above and beyond for the call, and was a blessing to talk to. I know my call will go well when I’m on the phone with her. She is very kind and knowledgeable about WeShare, and what I can expect as a client.

Natasha was absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience. We had some trouble connecting at first (techonology issues I believe), but he was very patient and helpful at helping me to navigate getting a referral, as well as providing locations that are in network with UHSM.

We used UHSM for our family of 6 for two years. My husband is a sole proprietor business owner and my part-time position at a school was not eligible for benefits. UHSM was by far the most affordable option for our family, and the customer service was always terrific. The only challenge we faced was with long processing times, but otherwise we were totally satisfied with our experience as members.

Monica was very helpful. She was very kind and patient. Figured out the problem and made sure it was resolved.

They have been an incredible partner and a great safety net for my family. Every time you call and talk to someone they speak with great care, enthusiasm, and appropriate bedside manner. I feel uplifted after every experience. This is how the "insurance" system should be, not the broken down horrible system we have existing today.

We have already told many other people about it, and have gotten other family members a part of it, its the best for anyone in need of benefits that cant be provided by employers or the state, hands down.

At first wanted to cancel monthly coverage, since February had not found a doctor accepting coverage. So, I called WeShare and discussed issue with NaTausha Jefferson. She continued to spend the time while on the phone with me to find me a medical office and even called them to confirm everything and provided my plan info to the financial office. I was so impressed with NaTausha and her professionalism, kindness and being so helpful. She took care of my problem and frustration. Thank you so much NaTausha

I’m still learning how to fully navigate this health care program, but I’ve been so pleased with the assistance and support provided by client coordinators. Margo was incredibly helpful and clear on our recent call.

Really good experience with Jesse accepting my call at WeShare. He got me results and answers very quickly and courteous and polite throughout. Navigating WeShare has been a new experience so it's been very helpful to have the call center folks always ready to put my mind at ease with my healthcare choices.

The tech was very helpful, asked the right questions and got right on the answers. I had three issues that needed to be reconciled, he completed the tasks, told me what to expect and completed the call. Very well done!

We have had WeShare Health for a couple of years. Those 2 years were not consecutive and I regret my decision to switch last year. That is why we are back this year. Every conversations I've had with the staff they have always been kind and helpful. They do not rush or push you into anything. They make sure your questions are answered. If you use the options that come with this program, it is worth even more!!
