I am returning product as you can…
I am returning product as you can clearly tell that the product is a fake. I have purchased this product for several years and it is not brown in color. Very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that all of our perfumes are 100% authentic. The version of Jean Paul Gaultier Classique you ordered is not a new release and is no longer in current production, which means that in some cases the fragrance may have degraded over time.
We are still waiting to receive the product back from you so we can carefully inspect it and determine whether it has indeed degraded. If so, we will provide a full refund.

ordinato un profumo di montale, pagato,mi è arrivato black opium(nulla da dire sul profumo).Ho contattato immediatamente l azienda ,riferendo di aver ricevuto il profumo sbagliato. sono stata in attesa due settimane prima di capire di essere stata raggirata. non mi ha più risposto nessuno. io ho pagato 80€ un profumo che non volevo. non è una azienda seria. NON FIDATEVI.Poi ti rispondono che loro si trovano in Canada e non vendono all’estero.BUFALA
