The jacket I ordered for my wife was missing the charger and battery. I notified them late in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve not expecting a response til after the Holiday weekend. They responded that same night asking some additional information. I sent that information after I got home after 10pm. I went back in to work and by 8:00 they already responded back to me. After a couple of emails clarifying some things up for shipping they sent the items out. Amazing considering it was New Years Day and most people were off of work. Excellent customer service!

Bought $140 heated socks and they don't keep your feet warm in 32 degree weather??? They are worthless!!! Company wont help at all!! DO NOT BUY..........

The heated fleece jacket works well. I purchased an extra battery pack for extended use if needed.

Received my wife's heated vest swiftly after ordering. Great quality unit and wife loves it!

Customer service is easy to contact via phone. The representive was knowledgable, professional and resolved my issue
I ordered heated gloves liners, but after one use the batteries are not functioning correctly. The representative answered all my questions on proper operation and Weston is sending replacement batteries

Absolutely amazing keeps warm and batteries last great definitely a must have. Definitely recommend it to everyone!!

Horrible liars said its made in USA so I order a pair of socks get the box and it says made in China disgusting Horrible liars. Do not buy from these liars and all they can say is oh it was a misunderstanding when I specifically asked if they were made in the USA. I hope the CEO of this company calls me but she probably won't DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS!!!!!

They charged my credit card 3 days before they shipped the product which I believe is illegal. Before reading reviews I bought the extra protection so I can return the product within 30 days but now I'm wondering if I'll even receive what I bought and am less certain, I'll get a refund if I need to return it.

Terrible Customer Service.

I ordered a jacket, didn't get the required battery. They did send it, but it was faulty. I tried to return the item altogether, but by the time I got the battery, my return windrow had expired. After that e they wouldn't even discuss returning it. Pretty sh#y customer service to not accept responsibility for THEIR ERROR.

Zero Stars!! I didn't order ANYTHING and they charged my credit card $158.00!!!. I didn't give them a credit card number, I did not give them a shipping address they just went into my computer and STOLE my credit card number. This place is a SCAM! STAY AWAY!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We purchased heated gloves on Dec 03, 2024 and did not receive them until Dec 15, 2024. The gloves worked on first wear however the second wear did not heat and the third wear only one glove worked. As noted in prior reviews while there is a phone line for customer service listed there is no live customer support. We initiated a return request as instructed online on Jan 23, 2025. We requested a return label and refund due to the item being defective. while they offer a replacement or store credit they will not issue a refund as there is a 30 day return policy. We are 7 days outside the return based on delivery date, however the clock starts ticking based on order date...so based on our experience this company deals in misleading advertising with "one year warranty and easy returns" streaming on the website! Consumer beware...19 emails correspondence later this company is suspect of poor customer support!

Wish they had more sizes, but I still like it.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They don't answer their phone and it took days for them to respond by email! Now, I can't return items that were purchased as Christmas gifts that don't fit. Almost every retailer has an extended return policy during the Holiday Season, but not them! There is no integrity with this company-BEWARE!

I ordered this product as a Christmas gift in early December with an expected 2-3 day delivery. The product just arrived (January 14th). Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a vest and jacket before Xmas I got the vest but now we are month later and still have no jacket this company is the worst to deal with I would not waste my time with this company they give u the run around when u ask about the product

Ordered heated vest and received in timely manner, problem is it is a women's and not a man's. I have tried to contact them via email as they will never answer the phone. It has been 4 days now with no response. Their products may be good but their customer services is not. Worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with. Since they have my money already I guess they will never contact me back and if I try to go through the return process I am sure that will not work either from others reviews.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two heated jackets as gifts for Christmas. Only one arrived. When I reached out to them, they ignored me for over a week, then acted like I was lying about one being missing, and insisted I send them video proof. When I did this, they claimed they'd ship the second one, but that order has not shipped almost 3 weeks later. When I reached out again asking to just cancel the second jacket and get a refund for it, I got nothing but crickets. I've emailed them repeatedly over the past week with absolutely no response. Worst experience I've ever had with a company, bar none. They are awful, and bordering on scammers. Wish I'd know before placing an order. I'm am angry and disgusted. Stay away from them!

A pair of gloves was given to me as a Christmas gift from my daughter. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size and missed the return window. She ordered them on 12/3/24 but i didn't receive them until Christmas 12/25/24. They only gave return until 1/5/25 which is uncalled for as you should have 30 days from the time the gift is received. Tried contacting the company several times and to no avail. They just tell you to go to the return window which gets you nowhere and when you keep trying customer service you get answers to go to the return window. Charlie and the rest of the crew just keep saying the same thing. Well I'm stuck with gloves that don't fit right and I can tell you I will not recommend this company to anyone. They lost my business. It's to bad as they appear to have some nice apparel but won't guarantee it. I been trying this since January 8th.

wow! wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered heated insoles and they are too big. I tried to call but no one answers the phone. I emailed and messaged on FB many times. The people who answer contradict each other - one said the insoles only come in one size, one person said to cut the ones I have, one person said NOT to cut them. I sent them back to the return address, but I am quite worried that they won't send me new ones. The really funny thing is when "charlie" from customer service told me that I should contact customer service.
