Ordered jacket for Christmas. Delivery took 3 weeks. No response from customer service. Then tried to exchange the jacket for a different size one day after receiving the jacket and told via computer that the exchange time had expired. Unable to contact customer service - tried 3 emails. Calling gets you a voice referring you to the website email address.

I was promised a 20% discount and a free heated hat, but I got neither when I placed my order. I wrote about five emails requesting just the 20% discount and they kept saying they wrre working on it until finally telling me they could just give me store credit. Products are not worth the price you pay. I got just as good for less from another company!

Ordered Jacket. Faulty battery, zero customer service. They don’t reply to emails or answer the phone.

Website says batteries included in the apparel. I ordered 2pr of heated pants for surgeons for Christmas. Neither pair had the battery . Very embarrassing. When I messaged about them they told me some items the batteries are purchased separately. Very confusing site. I'm sure this happens often.
Never again will I purchase from them .poor customer service. Site needs to be updated and more clear .

Bah humbug! Ordered Dec 10 and still waiting for delivery on Jan 3. Not a reliable source of Christmas gifts unless you order now --- for next Christmas.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Placed an order and it has not shipped. Called and got someone that told me that it was shipping that day. Now ten days later, still showing as not shipped both via their website and by the UPS tracking information that says that it has not been picked up. Now the phone number says that they are too busy to answer phones and that I should Email, which I have done several times over multiple days without any courtesy of a response. Regardless of if product shows, or it's quality, I will not purchase again and will encourage others to not do so as well. They were quick to accept the money, have lied and ignored messages and the owners should be embarrassed with their service. BTW, I have NEVER left a review like this even with bad quality products or poor service but this has been the worst that I have ever experienced.

Ordered vest for Christmas gift. It’s past Christmas and still no vets. Emailed several times , received response of sorry. No tracking for vest. Phone calls to company results in direction to website. Website tracking does not work. Company is a scam

I had purchased heated gloves on 11/3 because my baby's due date was 11/26 and I wanted to have a gift for my mother for Christmas. We had the baby on 12/5 and gave the gloves to her on 12/8. Due to her schleroderma/rheumatoid and the soreness these conditions create in her hands, she is unable to wear them.
Customer service confirmed I could return the gloves since there is an extension on returns for the holiday season. When I tried to return them through the website, I was not able to since they were a few days outside of the 30 day return perio. Customer service then riscinded the return and offered me free socks as an apology for the mistake.
This company is not reputable and will not act in the customers best interest. I will never recommend or purchase anything else from Weston again.

I am so glad I found out about these heated vests. I love the way it looks and it can be worn with anything. It also keeps me warm.

Everything is great. I like to use the socks to go skiing every year and they work great. I have tried jackets, vests, gloves and socks from them. All are awesome.

I come back here every year to order and I really like their products
