Communication was excellent throughout. All queries were answered quickly and competently. The work itself was carefully planned and efficiently executed and was completed well within the agreed two days with minimal disruption.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Combi boiler fitted in upstairs airing cupboard to replace a conventional boiler in the kitchen. The hot water cylinder was removed from the airing cupboard and the cold water tank was removed from the loft. We also had 3 radiators replaced and a new one fitted in the airing cupboard. All the old removed items were taken away. All work was carried out professionally and to our satisfaction, on time, on budget, thank you very much Jon and your team. We would definitely recommend you.

Jayde turned up on time got straight on with the job. Unblock the shower pump and then replace broken taps with lever action ones so thoughtful as she is 93.

West Sussex Heating company were a great recommendation from a work colleague. It’s nice to have a trusted contact for any boiler issues that come up in the future. This company will be my first point of contact and thanks again to them for the work they did.

Boiler failed early December during the cold spell, called British Gas who we had breakdown cover and had a endless series of issues. Long wait for first visit, needed a part, back next day but did not show, fitted part but no difference, needed another part, another no show, and then fitted part only for boiler to fail the following day.

Decided a new boiler was the best option so placed an order on EON who promised an install in 2 days. A week later and still trying to get an install date and in frustration looked around locally and called Jon at West Sussex Heating. Jon was busy but said he would pop over the next day and true to his word, he popped over and reviewed our options. Being days before Christmas he was unable to help immedately but offered to install the 1st week of Jan.

Jon sourced the boiler we wanted which was in extreame shortage, fitted it as promised and then followed up to ensure all working OK. We now have a very nice Worcester Bosch 21Ri boiler warrented for 10 years, at 10% under the EON quote.

Would not hesitate to recommend Jon and nice to have a very local company who will be servicing and maintaining my boiler for many years to come.

I needed an update on my old system, I had the options thoroughly explained to me and we came to the decision that a combi boiler was required. I am so happy with the works carried out and would recommend West Sussex Heating to everyone. We now have everything we wanted at a very reasonable price.

Jon has just installed a new boiler after our old one gave up the ghost. Communication was prompt and professional, great time keeping and good price for the work completed. Work was done to a high standard and really happy with the end result. Very down to earth and easy to talk to and felt comfortable to be able to ask any questions. Absolutely brilliant service, from start to finish you could not ask for a more professional company. New boiler needed, plus flue, all works carried out with top quality, Jon worked with all the other colleagues needed, gas, builder and local supplies for the equipment. Old boiler broke down during the coldest of weeks in January 2022, we had no heating and no hot water. He was very helpful and now we are as pleased as punch, warm and very very happy customer's. 10/10 the best in West Sussex.
