Extremely efficient fitting of a new boiler. Friendly tradesmen would highly recommend.

I have just had a new boiler, radiator thermostats, and a Hive box connection fitted, completed by Jon and his colleague.

Firstly great value having completed my research before, good contact by Jon's partner Natalie, kept me updated about cost and when the work was to be completed.

On the day of the installation everything went well, they protected the carpet, completed the work with no fuss and explained everything to me.

West Sussex Heating installed our new boiler. The team are highly professional, tidy and did a perfect job. The price was good and we are very pleased with the result - a new boiler and a toasty warm house.

Phoned them on the Saturday when central heating failed as British Gas were unable to support. Jon arrived within 2 hours and tried to fix. Eventually recommended that age of boiler meant more sense to replace. He gave a high level cost and then confirmed in detail on the same day. He then agreed a date of work & arrived on the date (and completed on time). There are no problems now with central heating (there was minor leak that was very quickly resolved when we called him). He organised other tradesmen as required eg builder and tidied/vacuumed up on completion of the work.

Excellent job professionally done, on time and to the quote given. Replaced boiler and added radiators to make the ground floor heating in the house we had just moved into more effective. Great advice and guidance, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions as to how we could best achieve it. Result is a job very well done by a friendly professional willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

Jon was really prompt to give us a very competitive quote, no obstacle was a problem as it had been in the two other quotes I had and he and carried out a very professional job with his hard working team - putting in a really long day to make sure that they could get the job done from start to finish in the one day. They took away all the old parts and packaging and then hoovered thoroughly.

New boiler installed. Work was completed quickly and tidily. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jon arrived at 8am on the dot and covered the whole area with dust covers, which is always a good sign. Worked nonstop dismantling and removing the ugly Oil boiler, fitting the new Electric boiler and running new pipe work then flushed the whole system bleed all the radiators etc. What a transformation, very pleased.

I can’t recommend enough. The job wasn’t easy as I had a very old boiler and water heater to be removed and relocated and replaced with a combi boiler. The work was done quickly and tidily and all old parts were removed. I am extremely happy with the results, I just wish I had done it sooner and will be using them again for plumbing work in the future.
