Called to see where my drawer system was because it had been 8 weeks not the 5-6, which was still a really long wait. They must have shipped it when I called because I got it literally a week later. Package was in fine shape but inside their package job was not wonderful. The zip locks containing all the hardware was open and the pieces were everywhere and scratching and denting every piece. There were some missing bolts too that I had to get myself. And missing 2 hinges but that doesn't really matter because the pre drilled holes don't even line up with the hinges they sent. The particle, pressed board it's made of is ok, except when they broke a piece and decided to send it out anyways. For the price of a single drawer I would expect better! Oh and the slides are ridiculous to line up. And the lever doesn't work very well to release the lock. I have to use a screwdriver every single time to release it. While this drawer is nice for the storage, I'm sure not impressed with customer service or quality, especially for the price.

The folks at W&F were very helpful when I attempted to place the order and had some questions about the configuration of the system and how it would function for me. Then when I showed up for the install, it was all explained as well, along with a couple little modifications I needed for my application. Overall, a great experience and I’m already enjoying it immensely!

This has made packing and traveling so much more convenient. I have so much more room in my car now that I can store so much in my storage system. Setting it up was pretty easy and I feel so safe being able to sleep inside my car. So much better than my old bulky sleep platform!

A friend of mine referred me here. I was on the wait list and it took some time before I received my drawer. The set up was fine for the budget and I did DIY thing. Love the flow though some screws were hard to cooperate 😅.

I'm just a guy who likes camping with my family and keeping all the gear organized. The install was pretty straightforward. I handled it in my garage with just basic tools, nothing fancy needed.
What I really appreciate is how it maximizes the cargo space without making things a headache to load or unload.

The kit was so easy to assemble, and the fit is perfect! It does everything I wanted it to do.

Can’t believe everything you see on social media. My order came with missing parts, hinges, it’s also doesn’t assigned with my 4xe with sub. They said the factory bolts would assign right and fit, it doesn’t. Also, the right front part sticks out where the lock are, th door won’t close. Ugh. Such poor customer service too! Do not buy! They promise 100% it would fit. Such lies!

This company is the absolute worst. I almost cancelled my order after waiting WEEKS longer than anticipated, but they made more excuses and convinced me not to. That was a mistake. When you try and contact them they will go days, weeks, and sometimes you will never get a reply at all. When you do get someone, it's only through email and they will tell you sometime completely different every time. After finally receiving my order it was missing hardware, some holes not drilled, and the overall product fit and finish is poor. I've attempted to contact them for 2 days now to attempt to return, but i'm sure they will never reply, or just deny the return. At this point I'd be worried to even ship back to them, and then I'd be out the money and the product. I guess I should be happy it showed up at all in any condition. Seriously, save yourself some time and frustration, and do not order from this company.

Caution I believe the are in financial trouble. Been over 13 weeks and still have not received. Had to open a case with PayPal and they never responded to PayPal either. I’ll get my money back but they had eventually stopped making excuses and just stopped responding all together.

Bought the portable kitchen from them and it was shipped without instructions. Sent a email and talked with somebody on phone. I was told they would give me a call back and still haven't had a call or email to discuss questions I had about it. I have put it together but still had a few questions with some of the stuff it came with. Was going to get a drawer for other jeep but will be looking at another product. Thanks for all the non help.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Like far below common sense levels. Owner is rude and arrogant. Still waiting on my replacement parents after her acknowledged sending broken pieces and missing parts to me. Stay far far far away from these guys. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself the heartache.

Big thanks to all! I asked a million questions before buying and they stayed patient the whole time. Shipping took a bit longer than l hoped, but the RAV4 system arrived safely and works perfectly. Even my wife is impressed. Overall, great service with just a small hiccups on delivery timing.

I never received the product. This company is a scam. I tried to cancel three times and they kept coming up with excuses to fulfill the order. They then said it was shipping today and send me a label that only weighed 12 pounds. They stated it had been picked up UPS I checked the tracking and they only created a label. They said there was a fire in the shop and that’s why it took so long but still refused to give me a refund even though I never received the product. I am still fighting with them today to get my money back and they say I should have a confirmation in 5 days. I do not trust that. Do not do business with this company!!!

I'll start with what's right: the car camping platform and drawer for my 2019 Subaru Forester was easy to install and functions brilliantly!

But what went wrong: the 60 day lead time was delayed by two weeks due to production issues then 2 more weeks due to a warehouse fire. When my order finally did arrive (randomly, they were supposed to send a tracking number when it sent and that never happened), literally one day before our road trip, it contained about 75% of the setup I ordered. The other 25%, the platform extension that lets you actually SLEEP on the platform, never arrived and they didn't even know it was never sent. After multiple emails, texts, and calls the final pieces were sent, but to the wrong address, and after we had left on the road trip. I spent $100 to fabricate the missing pieces myself just so I could use the car camping setup on my trip. The customer service rep was very nice, but ultimately their company's communication structure made our conversations terribly inefficient borderline useless.

I ordered the storage drawer/sleeping platform for a Subaru Forester. This thing is nuts. Installed it myself in one evening using the included tools only (I did pick up longer bolts to attach it to my car). Perfect fit and so functional - it fit more (and more accessibly) than a rooftop cargo box when you include the under-drawer space. No noise when driving or tossing around in your sleep, plenty of headroom, slide out drawer doubles as a kitchen. A perfect micro-camper. The concept is brilliant and the execution spot on.

I had high expectations of WheelsFeels when I ordered a “Camping System (Double-Drawer)” for my Toyota RAV4 (5th Gen) on April 13, 2025. The website and communication during the ordering process seemed professional. But what followed was downright frustrating.

Delivery issues from the start
Although I was told the delivery would take 20–30 business days, the package wasn’t shipped until June — and even then, it was sent to the wrong country (Germany instead of the Netherlands). Despite repeating my request and providing the correct address twice, WheelsFeels still made this mistake.

Incomplete delivery
When I finally installed the system, the sleeping platforms and one of the three gas springs were missing. I accidentally didn’t order the table set — that’s on me — but the other parts should have been included. I had also mentioned this via email beforehand, but apparently that was ignored.

Poor to non-existent customer service
After sending more than 20 emails and making over 10 phone calls, I received hardly any response. Only twice did I get a brief reply, and promised follow-ups never came. UPS later confirmed that WheelsFeels had once again sent the package to Germany. How hard can it be to copy an address correctly?

Result: Vacation ruined
Due to the delayed and incorrect delivery — and the missing essential parts — I had to cancel my planned camping trip. Even after several deadlines and a final warning that I would initiate a chargeback, I received no proper response.

Final verdict: Not recommended
WheelsFeels might deliver a decent product — if it ever arrives — but their customer service is unacceptable. For me, it was an expensive and stressful experience with no results.

Do not do business with WheelsFeels. The package itself was fine and the install was mostly without headache. There was some missing hardware which I luckily had the right hardware lying around to rectify. However, after I notified them of a missing piece from my order, it has since has been a nightmare. I ordered my Advanced Storage & Camping System on April 7th. Received it on May 23rd, installed on May 26th. Notified them of missing part on May 26th. After multiple emails I was told the missing part was delivered to me on June 17th without any notification or tracking sent to me. After finally receiving a tracking number from them via email and looking at it. I informed them it was not delivered to me. It was shipped to an address in Beverly Hills, CA. I live in Colorado. On June 17th, they said via email they would send me another part due to this mistake. Sent another email on June 26th requesting shipment status. No response. Here it is now July 9th I still have not received a response from my email on June 17th. I repeat, DO NOT do business with WheelsFeels.

The WF portable kitchen for my Beetle is awesome! It's well-made, fits perfectly, and has made camping way more comfortable. I had a slight hiccup with securing it, but customer service was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Before purchasing, I reached out to Wheelfeels due to their bad reviews on Trustpilot. Victoria personally reassured me they were a trustworthy company, and I took her at her word—my mistake.

I ordered in January, spending over $1,000, and it’s now March with ongoing issues. My shipment was missing screws and a manual, which I had to request separately. They also forgot the sleep system I paid extra for. When I finally assembled everything, the screws provided weren’t even long enough to bolt it to my vehicle.

For the amount I paid, I expected far better service and attention to detail. Instead, their slow and dismissive customer support has made resolving these issues incredibly frustrating. At this point, they only respond once a day, dragging the process out unnecessarily. If they can’t meet demand or properly support customers, they should pause operations until they can. Unfortunately, I trusted their reassurances, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wheelfeels.

I ordered a RAV4 drawer system in May of 2024. My card was charged but I never received the product. I contacted them a few times and was assured all was well. They even called me once to apologize for the delay and a story about being a young company and not having their email accounts in order.

After three months I canceled the order and requested my money back.

I did receive a refund from them Feb 2025 after posting a review of the company. I think they are honestly trying to fulfill orders, but have more than they can easily produce.

If you purchase from them, I would suggest calling and verifying stock availability first.
