I should have listened to the reviews. Bought the RAV4 sleeper system. Terrible communication. Delivered over a month late. Directions are vague at best. Company changed their contact email address and didn’t pass on to customers. Was supposed to have a FaceTime with one of the employees to talk about the assembly. They never called. They offer a plain wood style and a carpeted upgrade. Got the carpet upgrade. The pre drilled holes don’t take into account the additional 1/4 inch of carpet on each side of the wood and the pre drilled holes then don’t match up. Had to shave off the carpet on the ends to be able to put it together. Listen to these reviews. They will save you time and money. There needs to be an adult in the building handling all these issues they have.

Awful! I'm Really disappointed.
I wasted my money. Like many people said, this company is not very good. First time that I write a review about a purchase in my life! Really had a bad experience with them. I don't recommend at all. Save your money. They don't send you the full thing and then takes forever to reply or just don't answer at all. The guy Antoine seems friendly at first, but in reality he doesn't solve any problems. They sent me a drawer that does not open, so it's not useful at all. Instead of trying to fix the issue, they sent me a really poor quality table-top. Also, the unit is not solid. On top of it, I didn't receive what I requested. They haven't made a follow-up with me since my last email. I'm going to ask for a return and flag them to costumer protection, as I see that I am not the only person with the same issue. I am starting to question if the good reviews are real at this point.

Great option when you don't want to…

Great option when you don't want to spend over $1000 on a drawer for your vehicle. I spent quite some time looking for an affordable system to organize the rear of my Jeep JK. I looked at all the big names that are all over social media and could not bring myself to spent that much money. Somehow I stumbled across Wheels & Feels, likely via a YouTube recommendation, and I'm glad I did. I watched all the different Jeep videos and a couple Toyota videos before I visited the website so I had a good idea what I was going to see. I found the prices to be something I could stomach and I didn't have to spend time creating a "wheel" that was alread there.

The kit does not come with instructions but the website via YouTube had very explicit instructions that made assembly a cinch. There are a couple fit and finish items I would suggest correcting but nothing major enough to not enjoy the product. My main suggestion would be to use button head screws in place of flat head screws. The button head sits flush to the wood, hinges, and latch, and is available as an allen head screw. A very minor change that would make the product even better.

I removed the rear seat for my Jeep to give dogs a better place to ride. Doing so makes the short legs for the sleep platform irrelevant, so I contacted the company and Anton responded within a day saying he would have the production team make me an additional set of long legs so I can modify them to fit my needs.

4runner Drawer System

I was searching for a drawer storage option for my 2015 4runner that came with the factory cargo slide. Most companies option require you to remove your factory slide which I did not want to do. Fortunately I came across Wheels & Feels.

I opted to go with the 60/40 split modular drawer system. Upon receipt of the system, I was appreciative of the quality of the cnc woodwork and the thought process for ease of installation and the design of the drawers with the capability to expand in the future (extra drawers, sleeping platforms, pull-out tables, sink, refrigerator mounting). Installation was a breeze and can be completed by yourself in 30-45 minutes. Locking drawer slides work as they should locking in the 1/2 and full open position. I was worried having a drawer system it would add to unwanted rattles and squeaks but to my surprise it remains nice and quiet as if it were factory.

Having drawers is a game changer in keeping you organized with all your camp, kitchen, and recovery gear. Very happy with the product and would definitely recommend.

Waste of money

Their design of the storage drawers for my jeep jl was just what I needed, but when I received the package I was not happy with the quality of the wood all the edges were cracked, scratches everywhere, the strong smell of paint like it had been painted last minute, and no instructions. And just like other people on here said THEY STRAIGHT UP IGNORE YOU!!
When they finally answered after idk how many emails from my part, they apologized and said they where sending me a platform, a table, and $100 refund and I only received the platform which is useless to me because I have a rtt and again no instructions on how to install it if i wanted to. When I go email them to ask about the refund I found that they blocked my email, mind you I was always respectful even tho i was so mad. I regret trusting this people! Don’t buy from them!
Update: just got back from a roadtrip, used the drawer system bc it was already installed and just like i expected it couldn’t handle the weight of my arb fridge and clothes bags, the top is so warped I couldn’t open the drawer. Threw the whole thing in the trash. I am so mad about wasting all this money best believe I’ll do an extensive research before i buy anything else for my jeep.

Time to get organized.

This is such a great storage system for the Jeep JK. Very simple and versatile design. I chose to go with a disassembled shipment. Assembly was nothing too difficult. I did get stuck at one step. I reached out via Instagram and they were quick to reply and offer assistance. Now there’s no excuse to get organized.

Don't do it-run away

I bought a tailgate table that was shipped terribly with no hardware or instructions, when I emailed & online chat, it took forever for a response for them to promise that it would fit & hardware would be shipped. Nothing. Claimed package was lost and reshipped. Nothing. Keep in mind this is months of trying to get answers. I knew at this point that I was the test dummy because the claim that it would fit was BS based on my visual & the fact they asked for pictures. Finally I was refunded my money but they also promised that a new one would be shipped free of charge for all my troubles and because they found a 'design flaw'. I have yet to see this. Its been over a month since that promise.

Great Engineering Design. Some minor improvements expected.

The group who designed the product, hats off to the team for the wonderful engineering design. However, there are some minor improvements that will make the product a little better. I have communicated it to them. Hopefully, those will be addressed. I had issue with UPS losing the product. Initially it was little harder to get hold of customer sale representative. May be they are short staffed but once Anton got it under his wings, he went above and beyond and fixed it. A replacement was also sent and some discount was given for the trouble I had to face. I am very happy with the final outcome specially how flat it turned out to be to sleep. Adds a lot of versatility without reducing the seating capacity of the vehicle. I recommend this product. I will consider this company again if I bought another vehicle for similar products.

Cool product, poor quality, and poor customer service

I had a mixed experience with this company and their Rav4 drawer system. Communication was very poor. The product did not ship on time. When I emailed them to ask what the ETA was going to be, I got silence. When I called the phone number and it was disconnected, I thought I had been scammed. But soon later they shipped my product. When it arrived, it was damaged with major scratches on the top (most visible) surface. Some of the pre-drilled holes were off by an inch or so, causing me to have to drill extra holes. The quality of the wood is not good and it is splintering in places.

The good part: Despite the poor quality parts that look like they are falling apart, I do actually like the product. I complained and they responded by sending me a bunch of free stuff including a table and sleeping platform and $100.

That was enough to leave me happy enough and I almost gave them more stars. However the extra parts I got for free came with no instructions and when I emailed them a question about their assembly, I simply never got an answer. It amazes me how terrible they are at communicating.

But at least they aren't a scam.

Yah run fast…

Was packaged like crap so the drawer needed rebuilt. Not a huge deal. Refluxed and used better nails, let it dry and installed it. 3rd time I closed the drawer, the left slide fell apart. Pulled the whole thing out and threw it in the trash. What a waste of time and money. Order number 683

Recently, I decided to invest in a drawer system for my 2023 RAV4, primarily to safeguard my belongings from potential theft and to maximize storage efficiency. The concept of the drawer system intrigued me, prompting my decision to make a purchase.

Initial Impressions:
Upon its arrival, albeit after a prolonged wait, I eagerly inspected the drawer system. While the concept was undeniably appealing, I noticed some discrepancies that dampened my initial enthusiasm. Several predrilled holes were misaligned and too close to the edge of the plywood, with a noticeable absence of screws. Furthermore, the paint had not fully cured, leading to components sticking together. To add to the frustration, a particular piece designed for the trunk tie-down hooks failed to fit, despite my earnest attempts.

Challenges Faced and Solutions Implemented:
In order to make the system functional, I undertook several corrective measures:

1. Redrilling holes to ensure proper alignment.
2. Sanding and repainting certain components to
enhance aesthetics.
3. Utilizing wood filler and paint to rectify
splintered or damaged areas.

Despite encountering these hurdles, I must acknowledge that the system now functions as intended. However, I cannot overlook the quality shortcomings that necessitated significant adjustments on my part. While I remain hopeful that future iterations of the product will exhibit improved quality, I am also exploring avenues to enhance my drawer system independently.

The instructions were very…

The instructions were very unprofessional and unclear, customer service was lacking almost nonexistent, they responded to a couple emails at first when the item was still being manufactured, but have been silent ever since.

Customer service is everything, if I have a question about the product or how to install the product after I've spent almost $1000 you would think they would be happy to help. That is not the case.

Currently living out my car. And my back has been killing me so I thought this would be the best way to make my sleeping area flat. Currently I am parked in my friends driveway with every piece laid out. Just awaiting customer service to do their job. Will update you when they do

Product arrived broken and plywood splitting.

Update 04/06/2024, They paid for me to return their product with a promise to refund my money, once I shipped it. I shipped it on March 22nd, they received it on March 26th. To date I have not received a refund.
I ordered (Order Number 427) my The Cargo Drawer for Jeep Wrangler 4xe 12/27/2023. I finally received it on February 1st. When I opened my order pieces were broken and the plywood was splitting apart. This product promised high quality plywood and great customer experience, yet I had to chase them for a month to get my order shipped and now they will not even respond to my request for a refund. This product is a waste of money do not purchase. Update I returned their product with the promise of a refund, and I have yet to receive a refund. So i paid a lot of money for nothing.

A Disappointing Experience

In anticipation of the Christmas holidays, I reached out to WHEELS AND FEELS a week before Christmas to purchase the Yosemite kit for my Toyota RAV4. I was promised a delivery time of 3-5 days, following which I placed my order. What ensued was a surprising silence – no tracking code or updates on the order were provided.

After a wait of two to three weeks, I finally received the tracking code, and the package arrived approximately four weeks post-order – significantly later than promised. However, the initial joy was short-lived: the kit arrived damaged, with loose screws, bent drawer rails, and broken wooden parts. Additionally, half of the ordered product was missing, including only the trunk module.

Upon contacting customer service and explaining the situation, Anton from WHEELS AND FEELS offered a partial refund of $150, along with replacement parts for the damaged components. I was assured that the missing parts were sent in a separate package. However, the communication stretched over several weeks without the promised refund being processed or a tracking code for the second package being provided.

This experience leaves me feeling potentially misled by WHEELS AND FEELS. I was faced with receiving damaged and incomplete goods, alongside unfulfilled promises regarding refunds and replacements. Moreover, customer service, represented by Anton, now seems to ignore my attempts to communicate.

I plan to give the company another two days to respond to my complaints before considering further steps. It is regrettable that a company unable to fulfill its promises at least does not take responsibility to properly inform and support its customers.

At this point, I am uncertain whether these issues stem from fraudulent intentions or merely a series of misunderstandings and failures in the fulfillment process. What is clear, however, is that my experience with WHEELS AND FEELS was far from what I had anticipated, leading to significant inconvenience.

Toyota RAV4, Redwood drawers

Unfortunately as much as I wanted to like this company and its product it turned out to be a complete dud! Prior to even placing my order I contacted Wheels & Feels about the lead time on the product as I was anticipating having this product delivered and installed by a certain date. I was given a delivery date of 3-5 days which was just inside my schedule. So I purchased the product on 1/24/24 and the wait started. I received an email saying my order was being processed and I would receive a following email with the tracking info included. A week passes by and no email. I contact them asking them what’s going on and I was assured they would be shipping the product out shortly. Another week passes and I contact them again and told they’re having issues with their supply chain blah blah blah. I demand a refund and I’m then bribed with extra add ons and a partial refund of a measly $30. I again give them the benefit of the doubt and agree. At this point it’s Thursday 2/8/24 2 weeks have passed and they haven’t even shipped. I’m then promised by Anton on the “sales team” that he will personally see my product to UPS to make sure everything was in order and shipped Monday. Welp Monday rolls around and no acceptance by UPS is reported on the tracking info. I wait an extra day to see if it was just on UPS’ side. Nope definitely not the case. I contact them again asking for a refund and I’m told the product is finished and set to be picked up today and the reason being is cause the late notice on me wanting the product carpeted. The box was supposed to be carpeted from the beginning. It’s just excuse after excuse with this company and it seems I’m not the only one with this issue as I’ve read on multiple platforms others experiencing the same. Such a shame cause I wanted this to workout for my application. This company needs to get their website, customer service/support, and communication skills in order or they’ll be going down very quickly. I truly hope they update their website to reflect lead times, carpeting colors and other features so the customers will have a better buying experience.

Your inquiry was about the delivery time to your location, which, per UPS, is within 5 business days. The lead time for processing orders, as displayed in our cart at the time of purchase, is typically not less than 2 weeks. We apologize for any confusion caused in this regard. You agreed to this solution, and we planned to ship on Monday, February 12th. (Screenshots 3, 4, 5, & 6 for details).

Carpeting request: Late on February 8th, we received an email from you indicating a preference for a carpeted version, which was not specified in the original order. We responded promptly, offering to upgrade your order to a carpeted version at no extra charge. (Screenshots 7, 8 & 9).

Finalization and refund: After carpeting your order on Monday as per your request, we were set to ship the following day. However, you again expressed dissatisfaction and requested a refund, which we promptly processed. (Screenshots 10, 11 & 12).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and understand your frustration. We strive to improve our processes and customer service. Your experience is a learning opportunity for us, and we are committed to doing better in the future.
