I was an avid camper and loved the outdoors, my RAV4 had become my second home. But I was always contending with an ever-expanding hoard of gear that seemed to reproduce like bunnies overnight. I’d heard so many rave reviews about WF’s modular drawer system, I decided I needed to get my life together. I ordered mine in September, my excitement soaring as I imagined organized camping trips with everything packed away in neat compartments. The day my WF drawers arrived was a great and exciting day for me — I watching the videos and could hardly wait to install those. Then they came in and boom, the packaging, oh wow, and the eco packaging they used were impressive, very sustainable. But when I unpacked the drawers, I was stunned. One divider was cracked, and the front panel had a significant dent.Disheartened yet optimistic, I turned to WF customer service, dreading the familiar back-and-forth of customer service. So you can imagine my shock when Anton answered the call, he instantly put my worries to rest. After hearing the issue, he graciously apologized and pledged that the Divider that I received was cracked, so a replacement would be sent immediately. A few days later, I received the replacement parts and their quality was remarkable. The way in which the organization crafted the parts was brilliant and transformed my approach to adventures. The days of messy cargo areas were long gone. Now, with a few seconds of searching, I was able to grab my camp stove, folding chairs, and other gear. In the following weekend, my friends and I planned an outing camping trip to the mountains. As soon as we reached the campsite, I couldn’t stop showing off my new organized camping space. Indeed, what left me flabbergasted was how the dedication of Wheels & Feels towards great service changed my frustration into a positive experience. The initial hiccup turned into an opportunity to create a meaningful connection, strengthening my trust in small businesses with values that matter.

So, for those who are in the market for a drawer system for their vehicle, this is it. You will not only receive a quality product but also unmatched customer service.

Do NOT deal with this company. Horrible organization, got my address wrong multiple times even after assuring it would be correct, I caught them in many lies and in the end I never even got what I ordered and what I did get I had to modify to even work as the hardware they provide does not line up and is not strong enough to even do what it’s supposed to.

Ordered the sleeping kit for my RAV4 they NEVER sent me my table that goes on the drawers or the sink to this day, don’t even want them now because they lied over how much duties into my country would be. They said approximate 100 im over 200 and never even got fully what I ordered.

In September they offered to make it right by sending me the new model of what I ordered and when shipping time came in November they ghosted me and wouldn’t email me back.

0 out of 10 would not recommend. Not worth the headache.

Very good product & EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!

I have a Rubicon 4XE and j have been looking for a shelving system for quite some time and I found this from a friend of mine in overlanding community. After seeing his system I ordered mine and I wanted a product which looks like it BELONGS in my Jeep & looks OEM like when installed. It’s NOT cheap, BUT the way I think of ANY product which I install in my Jeep should feel like it belongs in there and will not look ODD. I can say that this when installed looks very good in my trunk. Their craftsmanship in making it shows how much effort they put in when building their product. I am sure they will make more improvements as they go based on the feedback they receive from customers and I did give some feedback when I received mine.

Now let’s talk about their Customer Service, I would rate it as Excellent just because of the way they treat you and their timely response. I think for any company it’s NOT just the product they sell which sets them apart… it’s their customer service because if you don’t get the right experience you tend to shy away from their products NO MATTER how good they are as a company.

Did I have some glitches in my product? Yes I did. But I was able to get their customer service to support me the entire way.

I will recommend them as a company and their products.

I just received the storage for my jeep JL4xe today. Shipping was delayed but W&F reached out to me to say it shipped late because the ups driver never stopped that day. UPS wasn't great at keeping their tracking straight but I received it today rather than 3 days ago.W&F have been very responsive so far and the system is packaged very well. I painted all the parts and read through the directions. I thought I understood them but they are very confusing. I got the drawer and the box assembled but the top with hinges is very confusing the pre drilled holes in the back of the box are 1/16th " from the edge so the screws broke through I got frustrated but I think I got it to hold. Again the instructions are not good. Finally. figured it out. The directions really need help. The carpet is great and easy to install with patience cutting. Overall it great. I would give it a 5+ if the directions were better

Bought a DYI kit in October 2024 I just resently was able to take time to look at the product and the cut quality was poor at best. Instructions were sub standard and looked like they were translated from a foreign language to English and poorly done at best. The hardware sent was not correct for the type of assembly required. I did contact the owner about issue and was told he has a new project manager and he would speak to them with a solution. I gave it a couple days and sent a follow up email to the @infowheelsfeel which was not received because I was blocked by them and reported for "abuse" I would NOT recommend to anyone that they buy this product in the future. I would like to see them investigated to see if they are even in the country legally as well.

I am very disappointed - I see a mix of different reviews of this company and I have had the same run around. I still have not received my order or a shipping number even after being told it was picked up by UPS.. I will be reporting this company as fraudulent to my credit card company - If by miracle I get my order I will happily delete this post - but until then.. It is my duty as a consumer to report it so others do not go through the same thing.. especially when there are numerous others reporting the same thing on this post !

Very well made product, pleasantly suprised at how the fit was so easy and perfect. A definite for those looking into extra storage for camping!

Several things. First, they have a chat window. Manned by a real human being. Who answers real questions with real answers. This used to be table stakes but is a rarity these days. Very much appreciate the personal touch. Second, I have recently received my first purchase from them and it is a quality piece. Fits exactly as expected, does exactly what it's supposed to. No muss, no fuss, just does the thing. Installation was easy and it looks great.

I really tried to resolve this with the company directly, but at this point that is clearly not going to happen. Absolutely do not do business with this company. My order was delayed three times and I was given an inaccurate timeframe everytime I requested an update. I then received half of my order damaged, missing parts and missing instructions. The instructions were not available on their website or YouTube channel. I never received the second half of my order and have been trying to get refunded for that portion since Mid-August 2024. They have stated twice they will send a refund. The first, through PayPal, did not complete. The second was supposed to be received a week ago. Still nothing. Take your money to a more trustworthy company.

I purchased a camping sleeping platform from Wheels and Feels nearly a year ago. It needed some repairs and without hesitation they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The customer service from the staff at Wheels and Feels is amazing.

I ordered the portable kitchen box on August 8th and as of Sept 24th I have not received my product. There’s no one to answers the call it goes to the answering machine which doesn’t specify the company’s name. Emails takes a few days to get back and each times Anton gave me the run around. Still waiting for my product bc I honestly don’t think they’ll refund me my $$ even if I request to cancel my order.
Please read all reviews and do all your research so you don’t end up like many of us here on the review.

Horrible company. Four days after showing them pictures of the broken crap they sent me and they still haven’t sent a return shipping label. The quality control is nonexistent. Multiple broken pieces, customer service won’t refund me or even send me a return shipping label, and it wouldn’t fit my Jeep anyway, because it’s manufactured incorrectly. Run fast and far from this company. Oh, and this has been almost two months since I ordered it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! It looks good but the quality is horrible. It doesnt event fit. Customer service is inexistant. Waiting to get my money back.

I ordered the 2.5"drawer system for the Toyota 4runner (Denali model). I installed it this weekend and overall am very pleased. Shipping did take a while bc of a delay with the hurricane, but I was notified in advance and thankfully I was not in a hurry.

Unlike some of the reviews below, I had excellent customer service. Immediate responses when I interacted with them (even over Labor Day weekend during my install), and they even customized my unit for a special request. Installation took a bit longer than expected, but I deliberately took my time as I did not want to make any mistakes or split any of the wood. Package came similar to an IKEA product with all the pieces laying flat and sandwiched together in a large flat cardboard box.

I was able to do all building solo until it was time to load it into the back of the car, where 4 hands is preferred.

Overall I am very pleased with the finish product. Most (but not all) of the wood pieces were smooth finished. If there was one that was not, I just put that on the side no one would see once installed. My back floor is now completely flat for sleeping (and has bonus storage). Win-Win.

If you want to get F’d, order a cheap quarter inch plywood product from them, no instructions, parts missing, doesn’t fit the 2023 RAV4 it said it would. No call backs or emails. Beware!

Edit: Make sure to read my dates, then double check the company's reply. They arranged for the replacement at the beginning of May. I didn't see it when I posted the review in August. The refund was issued in July without notifying me, but it didn't go through until after correspondence in September. I only saw action after my bad review, not when I reached out several times and they were not proactive when they knew my order would be delayed. This company should not get your business. They do not make products with a decent turnaround time. When there are problems, they do not update the customer. Refunds and exchanges are difficult. Avoid.

March 10 - Ordered a tailgate table
March 31 - Shipped
April 11 - Delivered
April 12 - Opened package, took pictures of damage, installed table
April 27 - Used it for lunch and the wood snapped while gently closing it; contacted for help
May 1 - My repairs didn't work; requested replacement under warranty
May 13 - "We plan to ship a new table to you by the end of the week."
June 3 - I requested info (no reply)
June 10 - Again, requested help
June 12 - "... and will send you a replacement this Friday."
Followups throughout June and it's now August.

Great customer service, great quality product, manufactured in the USA. Already have surfed Big Sur, camped Trona pinnacles, hiked kings canyon national Park. All was possible with the great wheels & feels drawer system.

This company has very poor customer service, is not truthful, and very rarely returns emails. Placed order June 7th. I was told I would receive my order before my trip... when that date came and gone was told after waiting a week for return email that they had no electricity due to a hurricane. The next day I received a message that my order had shipped and received a tracking number. Ten days later UPS says they never received the package. The company printed the lable and then nothing. I am waiting again several days for a return email and nothing. While waiting I have since received an email from donotreply at their company that is asking me to review the product. A product I have not received!!! I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering. More than disappointed in the whole situation!!!

I am still waiting for my order that was placed on May 12th. After multiple emails and phone calls I finally got a text response on June 21st saying my order would be expedited and I would receive it the following week. Still nothing. I was hoping to have this setup for my Jeep for a 4th of July trip but at this point I’d be happy with a full refund.

This is a camping game changer! Such a great product! The quality is top of the line! And the people behind the scenes make sure you are 100% satisfied with the product! The install was super easy and it fit perfectly inside my 2013 Jeep JK! I can’t wait to use it this upcoming camping season!
