Last month I mistakenly commented on their delivery chargers confusing them with another whisky auction house. I wish to correct this...This company Whisky.Auction are by far the most competitive of all companies.

Hi John,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. Having looked into this, we can confirm that we did advise that funds would be transferred to your bank account once payment is received from the buyer, which can take up to 28 working days.
We appreciate that this timeframe can be frustrating, but this was communicated during the process.
If you have any further questions or would like an update on your payment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.

The delivery charges are outrageous
The delivery charges are outrageous, I have just purchased a bottle of whiskey from a whiskey site and paid £14 delivery charge in comparison to whisky Autions of £40!

Hi John,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery charge. For this order, the shipping cost was £10 not £14 for a securely packaged and tracked service.
We always aim to keep our rates fair while ensuring items arrive safely.
We appreciate your comments and will continue reviewing our shipping costs.
