I’m a returning customer of Whiskey Broker Associates. As an avid whiskey collector I needed expert guidance on sourcing both bottles and casks for my collection. The WBA are professional, due diligent and resourceful for sourcing the rarest bottles of whiskey. I cannot recommend a company more to whiskey collectors or buyers.

The parcel containing the 12 bottles I ordered arrived in two immaculate boxes, packed incredibly cleverly. All I had to do was cut the seal, and inside were three moulded layers that were easy to lift out, allowing access to each bottle without any hassle. I’ve never seen such a professional and thoughtful approach to packaging.

There was also a personalised card that read, “Your item was carefully packed by:” and it was signed “Paul =D”. Well, Paul—thank you very much. I’ll definitely be shopping with you again soon.

I can’t rate the product as I haven’t opened the bottle yet, but the service, packing and delivery were impeccable.
