White & Company PLC - Plymouth レビュー

Competitive quote. Great estimator and removals duo. Did exactly as promised for my long distance move.

Used White's Plymouth for house move from Devon to Fife. Took out full insurance cover with the company they recommended. In transit, our quality (Sutcliffe) dining room table - part of a 10 piece matching suite - in vgc was badly damaged. £850+20% quoted to repair. Insurance settlement offer was £275. 3 months later and we cannot find even a secondhand suitable replacement for £275.

Dan Skinner - Darren Phillips - Kyle Witherford went above and beyond in order to make sure our moving experience a positive one. Nothing was to much trouble and we really appreciate their thoroughness. Excellent service from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend the White company to our friends and family.

Staff arrived in time every day. They were very friendly and sooo clean. All the goods seemed to be very well packed.

Packed everything up and moved it with no problems. Whole process was smooth, thank you

Moving day went smoothly thanks to the guys from White & Company. They arrived on time and worked swiftly to empty my bungalow. Unloading in Cornwall was easier for them as there were no steps. They used floor coverings and were helpful placing my items where I wanted them .
I would also like to give a special mention to Sarah in the office at Lee Mill who was very helpful and understanding at a stressful time .
Thank you .

White & Company were extremely professional from start to finish. On removal day the staff were exceptional especially Paul who carried out work competently but with also a friendly nature and good sense of humour. On drop off day he even took time to help one of our new neighbours with a heavy item they needed loading. I would recommend White & Co and will definitely use again in the future.

The men were punctual friendly and very professional

Staff were friendly and polite.
Ensured new carpet was protected before off loading furniture and boxes.
Placed everything as requested.
Unpacked and removed all the packing.

The guys we had was great! No complaints at all! Very helpful

Fantastic. Thank you so much. From the initial quote to moving day, the service we received from White and Co was first class. Took all the stress out of moving and all items were handled and transported with care.

Having recently written a review stating how disappointed we were with the agents at the New York office, we are pleased to announce that the Director of White & Co. Plymouth, UK contacted us immediately and after a matter of only a few days, had put this complaint right. We are pleased to say how impressed we were with the speed in which this was dealt with. Thank you once again and we wish this business all success in the future. We would highly recommend them.

The guys that delivered my storage were both enthusiastic and helpful. They couldn’t have done a better job.

On time, polite and efficient.

The removals team were professional: timely, careful, communicative, helpful, good humoured and indefatigeable.

The back office team were equally helpful, efficient and friendly.

They aren’t cheap, but the service is brilliant. Highly recommended.

The guys who came to do our removals could not have been nicer.
They went over and above with their service.

We recently moved home and at short notice had to break chain and put our belongings into storage.

Straight from the beginning with the competitive quotation from Andy (Britannia what a rip off), the impeccable service from Sarah and her colleague's arranging and then changing dates, through to the team coming to effortlessly pack our things and carefully store them. White & Company have made everything effortless.

Kyle, Tyler, Dan, Rich, Nick, Ben, Barry and Brian were awesome, nothing was too much trouble and they had us all professionally and quickly packed away in no time at all. I'm not being paid to say this but I would honestly recommend them in a heart beat.

Thank you so much!!

From start to finish the removal men made everything so much easier on what could have been a stressful day.
They worked their socks off, we’re happy to chat and answer any questions that I might have.
The unloading took place on completion and the morning after and even tho the move was an out of county move which meant they would have a stop over they continued with the same helpfulness as when I first met them.
Well done White and Company for making this a positive experience from start to finish!

From the point of surveying our removal needs, through to the adminstrative team, and finally the removal date itself, the company were always professional, friendly and reassuring. Thank you to all who helped us move and store our effects

The removal men were courteous and extremely careful with our daughters belongings delivering to a second floor flat. Also the admin team in Plymouth have been very helpful whilst her belongings were in storage for 6 months. Couldn’t fault a thing and would thoroughly recommend Whites as a removal and storage company.
