This is our 3rd stay at Puerto Chico and we honestly love the complex. Natalie is extremely helpful from start to finish, she even sorted out private transfers from the airport to the resort.
We stayed in Puerto Chico 7 which has a perfect position within the complex, overlooking the pool and the sea. We were told that this accommodation was a little dated when we were booking it but to be honest, for the price paid and for the location alone within the complex we couldn’t fault it… waking up to sea views was perfect!
The villa was spotless throughout, it had a new Mircowave and kettle, we didn’t cook as we ate out every night, we slept really well, the main bathroom although a bit dated had a lovely powerful shower, we had no issues at all.
Would we come back to Puerto Chico… absolutely it’s a gem of a complex, super location with pubs, supermarket, restaurants and shops right next door.
We also really appreciated the welcome pack after a day of travelling, and we also appreciate how well kept the gardens and pool are and how safe the complex feels with its keypad entry gates. Thank you to all the staff at WBH we will be back!

Our 8th year visiting Puerto Chico - 2/3 times per year.
Small complex, with pool, on the front line, - if you bear left, just a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars and shops - turn right and it's a few minutes walk down to Flamingo Beach for a safe swim.
Natalie and the office team are exceptionally friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
We've stayed in most of rental options and have settled either H or I/J in recent years.
Our go to place of peace and calm.

We have been staying in the apartments at Puerto Chico for over 10 years. It is a small, attractive site, close to the town centre but very quiet. It has convenient free parking right next to the site and two of the garden gates open straight out onto the promenade. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped. They are not all the same as each one is privately owned but the whole site is managed through an onsite office.

Always enjoy the quiet and private nature of Puerto Chico.

Clean and refurbished, nicely presented and so close to the town. Always a pleasant view towards the sea from dawn until dusk.

We have just returned from a week’s holiday staying at Puerto Chico 1 in Playa Blanca. The villa was spacious and relatively well equipped and were pleased with the 3 bathrooms. Overall the villa interior felt tired with kitchen draw fronts falling off, the fridge and freezer doors being difficult to close fully and the main light within the double bedroom not working. Also electrical cables were protruding from the walls in many rooms. Also there were no instructions provided in relation to use of the appliances or safe which was frustrating. The floors would also benefit from a good mopping as our feet and socks were constantly grubby after walking over them which was particularly unpleasant for our 3 year old granddaughter. The swimming pool heater had also broken which meant that our granddaughter was unable to use it which was a major selling point of the property for us.

Spacious and peaceful accommodation right next to the centre of Playa Blanca. Reasonably well equipped and clean.

Great location but you have to remember that each one is privately owned. Some are great some are not.
We stayed in Dec/Jan for 5 weeks in 'V'. To be honest it needs about £30k spending on it to bring it up to the prices being charged. Worn out furniture, tiles, pans, cutlery. sheets that dont fit the beds. Lots of ants and wood lice despite spraying every day. Patio door wouldnt lock and a back door which could hardly be opened or closed. Kitchen sink drains into shower in back bathroom so you end up with kitchen waste in the shower tray.
Management are at best invisible and never take the time to walk round and talk to anyone to see if everything is ok. Maids turn up when they feel like it - just a not to say the maid will be there on Wed after 12 would be helpful so that you didnt have to contact them and ask why the maid haddened been for 10 days.
We had a lot of rain so the 3 sky lights all leaked into the villa. At the start you get a small washing up liquid 2 loo rolls and a spare refuse bags. No Guest soap and more supplies even if you are there for 5 weeks (which we were). Just petty things to penny pinch. So every guest has to go out and buy washing up liquid, loo rolls, soap, bin bags etc. Charge an extra £5 and supply everything.

Great and fast communication with Natalie we had 2 different places to stay on site details for each place we're sent a week before key codes WiFi codes etc we were spoilt with villa K 2 bed 2 bath fully renovated for our 1st 8 night stay then we had to move to villa 7 😭 not good like living in the 70s nothing matches nothing fits the cleaners are fantastic in doing their job but it's really not nice smells fusty both bathrooms are awful I would not stay in 7 again this is our 5th time here all the other 4 properties were great just not this one we hope to return soon but not in 7

We booked a reservation with White Beach and I must say the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was a real disappointment. We were informed on arrival that it was in need of work, and personally I would not have rented it had I known the condition beforehand. One of the bedrooms was extremely damp – even my clothes became damp during our stay. The outside area was very shabby and dirty, making it unusable. Overall, the property felt very run down and it was not a pleasant stay. Sadly, despite the great staff, we would not stay here again.

We enjoyed 3 weeks and have certainly found our home from home. Accommodation and grounds spotlessly clean. Natalie and the team were very helpful and quickly resolved any questions we might have had. Already booked for next year and can’t wait to return.

Several years staying in Puerto. Chico villas..mostly in Nov/Dec .Weather good...heated pool and short walk to Playa Flamingo.Villas home from home...Office helpful if needed ..would not stay anywhere else !

I have been visiting Puerto Chico twice a year for many years. Ideal location - near everything such as supermarket, some great restaurants (if you know where to go) - but a haven of peace and tranquility with views across to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. Nice Canarian gardens and large terraces.

All the properties are individually owned so they differ. 3 is the one I have stayed in most. It has everything you could want. (Including a knife sharpener! How many times have you stayed in places where the knives would't cut butter?) The TV gets literally hundreds of channels including all the SKY/TNT ones. (When you learn the knack of how to that is: it took 2 visits from the ever patient Natalie to show me how to access the Channels - a little laminated note with instructions would be useful). Cheap dishes on the bathroom sinks would be a good idea - bars of soap invariably slither into the sink.

Had a lovely stay in puerto chico 4. Great views, close to everything but very peaceful. Apartment was very pleasant, well decorated with comfy beds!

Stayed at Playa Flamingo 37. Excellent location, lovely large well equipped patio. Apartment itself was large and well equipped but could do with some refinements. I have taken this up with Natalie and she said she would deal with these points. We had a couple of minor snags which were dealt with promptly. Have used White Beach many times, and we will be back!

Love going to this complex. Very relaxing close to everything you need restaurants ferries beaches shops. Villas are well equipped. We go 3 times a year and we have never had a problem

Lovely sunny week at Playa Flamingo. Great location so near the beautiful beach. Apartment was roomy and well equipped, including cot and high chair as requested (which we had to pay extra for). The large terrace with sun loungers was very nice indeed. Convenient to have supermarkets close by as we had a young baby with us so didn't eat out many times. We would love to come back but feel White Beach need to clarify a couple of practical things ..........
our arrival information sheet said we could drive into the complex and park on the private road there but we couldn't - there are barriers which need a key fob or card to operate. The main road outside the complex had no available spaces at any time during our stay so we had to park some distance away, which was not ideal with the baby and all our luggage. The staff in Freedom Properties who I spoke to said they didn't have a key fob/card to give us. Disappointing.
Also, the info sheet said we must dispose of rubbish daily into the bins up on the main road but there weren't any! (only for glass). The bins around the pool area of the complex, which seemed to be the only place to put our rubbish and recycling were very small and I got told off one day by a cleaner for putting my rubbish in the bin. Freedom Properties need to clarify the rubbish and recycling arrangments.
Otherwise, we had a lovely holiday and were particularly grateful to be able to stay a little longer in the apartment on check out day as our flight wasn't til the evening .

Just back from staying in Puerto Chico M. Have visited for many years and it is still a lovely place to stay. Having said that M is a bit unloved and could do with a bit of attention to detail. Natalie and the other young woman in the office were very efficient and friendly. No doubt we'll be back and I hope the smelly ARMAS ship is soon decommissioned!

Very happy with my accommodation at Playa Flamingo 62 booked through White Beach Holidays. The bungalow was very spacious throughout, great shower room/bathroom, large bedroom and very comfy mattress and sofas. Very tranquil and safe complex. It more than met my expectations. Seamless booking and transaction. Natalie was very prompt with all communications and any queries. I would recommend.

Geweldige ligging, rustige bewoners, uitzicht naar Fuerteventura is geweldigi.

We have just returned from a ten night stay in Villa B Puerto Chico lovely large patio with plenty of seating areas very clean with every thing having been thought about in the villa although the pillows were not great quality, the only downside for us was the fumes from the ferry plus the noise of the engine of the ferry left running all night didn't make for a great night sleep, however the location is great with very easy access to bars shops restaurants & very safe calm swimming at Flamingo Beach perfect for children. We have stayed here many times in different villas Puerto Chico has something for every one including a lovely warmish pool.
