Lovely apartment beautiful views great location. Well equipped kitchen.

We arrived at puerto chico on 7th Dec 2023 . There was a public holiday for the weekend which is fine. On the Sunday 10th Dec. The boiler in bungalow w started to leak. I called the emergency number and couldn't get through.
I managed to get another number from one of the other guests staying on the site. I got through on this number only to be told that it was a private number and I should not be using it. I was cut off.
I was called back a few minutes later. I explained the situation. The person I spoke to said help me out and turn the water off and unplug the electricity supply. Which I did . He also told me there was nothing he could do untill Monday. This left us without hot water untill 1230 on Monday 11th.
On Monday 11th I went to the office and complained that apart from the boiler leaking there was insects crawling over the work surfaces. The lady I spoke to said I can't give you a discount on the property but if I booked another one I should remind her what happened and she would give me a discount on another booking. The insects were all over the bungalow. I don't think this is acceptable. The general cleanliness of the bungalow was not what i would expect. The bungalow was cleaned on Wednesday 13th. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at puerto chico and we will not be returning as I feel the people involved were not very helpful
We are both pensioners and my wife has copd. The attitude of the management didn't inspire us to return.

We stayed for a week at Villa 2BIS, Playa Flamingo. The property was clean, modern and had pretty much everything we needed. Nice lounge, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and kettle etc. The two bedrooms were spacious and quiet with excellent bathrooms / showers and a great little washing machine. One major niggle was that it doesn't have decent British TV channels and the TV buzzes when its on the Satellite channel (99% German channels) so could do with updating / replacing. Luckily we found a little shop in town to buy a cheap Firestick to watch British television on. However the view from the patio of the beach and sea is to die for and what this property is all about so we spent as much time as we could out there, and on the beach as only 20 yards away! Even though the promenade is so close, you're far enough back not to be bothered by it and is great for people watching, but once lying on your sun loungers you cant be seen. Adequate chairs / table and sunloungers are provided with seat pads to relax on. We were lucky in that we had amazing weather while we were there and also very quiet neighbours in Casa Kalma one side and the property on the other side was empty all week and could relax completely and so cant comment on what its like with neighbours both sides.
The one thing you will take away from this villa is the location right on the promenade / beach with never to be forgotten views (especially sunsets) right out of a travel programme.
Communication from White Beach holidays was excellent prior to arriving and luckily we had no issues and so didn't need them while we were in the accommodation.

We stayed in Puerto Chico B which has a wonderful spacious terrace. The view is slightly spoilt by the new port but it is quiet and private with plenty of chairs, loungers and tables.
The bungalow is adequately equipped if a little tired. The location is great being very near a good supermarket, direct access to the coastal walkway and near the centre of town.
The booking of the bungalow was very easy and communication good.
A great place to stay for a week of winter sunshine.

Appartement P, was clean, well equiped and a super location. We had a super holiday.

All our dealings & correspondence with Whitebeach holidays was first class, all queries were dealt with quickly & professionally.
We had a couple of small problems which were dealt with straight away and to our satisfaction.
We have no hesitation in recommending Whitebeach holidays & have booked another holiday for next year.

My wife and I stayed at Puerto Chico C from 30th Sept to 7th Oct , 2023. We have been coming to Playa Blanca for 16 years and have stayed in many different hotels and bungalows/villas.
ACCOMODATION: generally well-appointed and comfortably furnished. Bathroom: It's OK but the selector knob which diverts the flow to bath or shower is broken and rusted. It's obviously been like that for years!
There is NO Air Conditioning and there are NO Ceiling Fans. There are some pedestal/table fans.
PATIO/TERRACE:
The website photos are a misrepresention. Many of the plants/shrubs are dead/dying. The floor and walls are grimy and the paint is chipped in many places...it looks really scruffy. The sun loungers are not the same: the reclining chairs are are dirty and sweat-stained. The cushions need cleaning. It is clear that there has been little or no maintenance for years.
If the Puerto Chico C owners could see the state of the patio they would surely realise that the photos are a misrepresentation.
Outdoor living is one of the primary experiences of a holiday in the sun. Puerto Chico C does not give value for money. Our experience fell well below expectation.
RESULT: not recommended in its present state.

Another fantastic stay at Puerto Chico. Can not fault White Beach Holidays. From booking the holiday, communication before arriving and once on holiday their friendly and professionalism is 5 star. We stayed in Q and it is absolutely beautiful, everything you need. I could of stayed another 2 weeks. Already planning our next stay at Puerto Chico.

Whitebeach were great to deal with, this was our 13th year booking with them. Excellent service. The reason for only 3 stars is that Puerto chico C was very disappointing. The sofas were grubby. Bathroom needs refurbished. Owners stuff in cupboards. Outside area badly in need of a paint job and some decent tables, chairs and sun beds.

Yet another wonderful holiday in Puerto Chico. Our apartment had been refurbished to a very high standard and was very clean and comfortable. This is our sixth stay in Puerto Chico and we’ve loved it every time, so much so that we’ve already booked two further holidays.
With a supermarket and great restaurants on your doorstep you could not ask for a better location.
The staff in the office are fantastic with nothing being too much trouble.
We can’t wait to return yet again.

Another fantastic holiday at Puerto Chico - the easiest decision I have to make is to rebook - everything from the booking process to arrival at the villa is stress free. What a great location.

We have seen and admired Club Puerto Chico on previous visits to the area so finally decided to book a holiday there. We were not disappointed. From the initial investigation on booking agent (Whitebeach Holidays) web site to the person assurance from them in selecting our villa and making the booking. We arrived late evening at the resort but access to the facility and bungalow were simple and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome pack which was required as the local Spa had already closed for the day. The bungalow was well equipped, presented and maintained with beautiful views across the sea to Fuerteventura. Having the bedrooms air conditioned was a must during our stay as the temperatures were very high with high humidity.
The area is well known to us and being close to several very good restaurants was an added benefit as my wife has walking difficulties so easy access to these restaurants and others (a short taxi ride away) was great.
We will certainly visiting and staying at Club Puerto Chico again soon and taking advantage of White Beach’s exceptional service, the comfortable and well equipped bungalows and the lovely area of Playa Blanca👍

No issues at all with Whitebeach Holidays, the communication while booking and the information given before arriving was perfect. 5/5 for them.

On arrival at Puerto Chico we found the grounds to be immaculate, safe and quiet. The pool was beautiful and warm every time it was used and we only saw someone else in it a couple of times so it was basically our own private pool!

The villa itself (C) was ideal for us a a couple, 2 two seater settees and a choice of double or twin bedrooms. Nice facilities including British TV, great wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven microwave etc made it a home from home.

The views from the garden of the sunrises was amazing and made you want to wake up early everyday!

A couple of negative points - lots of junk stored in one of the wardrobes wasn't a nice touch - we didn't use that bedroom (front twin) so closed the bedroom door and ignored it. Also junk stored in the small cupboards in the living room. Not seen this in any other villa we've ever stayed in. Again we didn't use them so although it was noticed it didn't affect us.

Outside the chairs and loungers are not as in the photos, they are very tired and need replacing. Only 2 loungers would be an issue if there are 4 of you staying here also.

The main issue for us was the lack of aircon - fans were provided which helped a little but not on a couple of nights when it was really very hot.

Overall the above are just small niggles and we had a nice relaxing time here.

As said previously the location is perfect - next to a Spar, a few bars and restaurants but only 10 minutes walk in one direct to the town, 10 minutes in the other direction to Playa Flamingo beach.

White beach holidays were great to book through and very helpful and prompt.
However the apartment we stayed in was not clean. We stayed at puerto chico I/J. When we arrived the outside space was untidy. We had ants everywhere so much so they were climbing up our legs if we stood still, there was stale bread in the garden and a piece of dried pasta on the floor. We mentioned this to reception the next day and it was sorted however by that point we had already killed all the ants. Also I was disappointed with the state of the seating and sun loungers they were ripped and very dirty didn’t make me feel like I wanted to sit.
The apartment it’s self was lovely and beautiful however I feel it was not cleaned well enough prior to our arrival.
We constantly had a battle with ants inside which we haven’t had that battle before staying in a white beach holidays apartment. When looking inside the draws I could see so many crumbs in the draws I believe that the house had too many things in it for the cleaners to give it a good clean and therefore the ants became a nightmare. I appreciate it’s a holiday home for a family but when you rent it out it should be an acceptable state.
One bedroom still had sand on the sofa from the previous guests, we lost a piece of Lego down the black sofa (or so we thought) and there was toe nail in the crease and so many crumbs it wasn’t honestly vile.
It was starting to look tired.
The main bathroom the drain in the shower kept getting blocked. My husband decided to give it a clean knowing there would be hair down there and it found more than what he desired in the drain. We shouldn’t have to be cleaning a blocked drain.
The pool was cleaned daily (not on weekends) which was lovely however I did miss the use of a sun bed and a bit of shade, so we could spend a day by the pool with the kids. The benches which were available to sit on could have done with a clean we took our own chairs from the house to sit on.
It was a good holiday and enjoyed it very much, just the cleanliness of the house was an issue.

Just had a wonderful week of glorious sunshine and delicious food in Playa Blanca. We stayed at Puerto Chico V, a fantastic villa with a spacious patio and incredible views across the immaculate gardens and out to the clear blue ocean.
Cannot wait to return.

White Beach Holidays were very helpful and booking was easy and straightforward despite Ryan Air messing about with flights.
Our first time in Lanzarote and Porto Chico. We came with family and had 2 apartments. Both clean and well furnished with nice welcome gift on arrival. We stayed in apartment 8 which was fine for two of us. Just lacked a second Sun lounger. Our sons place, Bungalow M, was perfect for them as a family too. Lovely views of the sea, quiet complex, lovely pool and the grounds and properties were constantly being upgraded and maintained without being obtrusive. 10 minutes walk from town or flamingo beach. Already recommended to friends.

Puerto Chico I/J ist ein wunderbares Haus, Super-Lage, grosszügige und saubere, klug eingerichtete Räumlichkeiten - kurz: wir sind wieder überaus begeistert!
Grossen Dank an die Staff im Büro, Garten, Pool und Raumpflege - ihr macht das mit grossem Herzen, immer freundlich und immer da, wenn man etwas bräuchte! Gerne wieder!!!

Ideal location for everything we need.
Villa was clean and had everything in it that we needed.
