White Dream Villas - Villa Rental レビュー 

My friends and I stayed in the Eleni Luxury Villa in Corfu. Words cannot express how amazed we all were with the villa and the service provided by the team. A special mention must go to George, who, not only greeted us at the villa, gave us a tour and reccomendations of restaurants, towns and beaches to visit, he also provided us with water, fruit, snacks and wine to get our holiday started.
The villa itself truly lived up to its name, it was LUXURY. We had so much fun around the pool and bbq. Not only were the days fabulous but the nights as well! We celebrated a birthday out in the nearby town of Acharavi with a 'greek night' hosted by one of the local beachfront restaurants, followed by a bbq in our garden by the pool.
The villa is in a perfect location, just a short walk (5-10mins depending on how much mythos you've had) from the beach, and a short drive to the town Acharavi, in which my friends and I would go every morning for local pastries and iced coffees.
We had an amazing time in the villa and cannot thank the team enough for looking after us, we felt so welcomed, safe and at home in the villa and we cannot wait to return to make more memories!

What an amazing villa! Fantastic location with breathtaking views, lots of outdoor space for lounging around and entertaining, and within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants and bars. The villa itself was gorgeous, really spacious with beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms. And after a long delay getting there late in the evening, we were really pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome from George, who showed us everything we needed to know. We had a perfect holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday, all thanks to the great team. There were 10 of us and we had 4 cars. We could park in the gated parking space with plenty of space between the cars. All rooms were ensuite and we had no issues with lack of hot water etc. The villa was beautiful and as advertised. It was very clean. The vila management team was super responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend the vila!

We had a very great time at the villa.the place was clean, very comfortable and close to everything.the view on the sea and the presence of the swimming pool gave us either tranquillity and entertainment at the same time.the staff of the villa was very hospitable. Vassily, Georgios, Katherine and Ioannis were all kind and helpful as a family might be.we will definitely repeat

The villa is huge, amazingly designed with all small details that change and make the experience perfect!
A stunning view from anywhere in the villa and a beautiful pool with a jacuzzi. The kitchen is well equipped offering complimentary groceries, wine and lots of little treats.
And most importantly the team - exceptional service! Support anything needed at any time on any topic, reservations and recommendations for restaurants, booking a cruise and even pre-ordering chairs at the beach.
Simply wonderful, highly recommended, I have no doubt that we will visit again!

The proximity to the beach was a very attractive feature being a one /two minute walk away with an excellent taverna a 10 minute walk
There was an excellent hotel next door where you could eat lunch or dinner
George one of the White Dream Villas team met us at the villa on arrival and allowed us early access which was much appreciated
The White Dream Villas team were very professional and helpful answering questions before our arrival and throughout our stay
A very enjoyable holiday

At the end of June, we were allowed to be guests in this wonderful Villa Ble/Corfu for two weeks. To put it briefly: Villa Ble and the experience with „White Dream Villas“ is by far the most spectacular holiday home and greatest hospitality we experienced so far. The approach to the house requires a little getting used to, but is no longer a problem after one or two trips. And it's worth it: The pool and the breathtaking view speak for themselves, the equipment is well thought out and the location is perfect to explore the beaches in the north of Corfu. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island is only three kilometres away, but excursions to the west of the island are also no problem. What we have never experienced in this form is the helpfulness and hospitality of the hosts of White Dream Villas, who quickly answered every question in their own Whatsapp group, took over restaurant bookings, sent room service or gave tips for the perfect holiday. So far, we have only experienced this service in absolute top hotels. At the end of the holiday, we thought about whether there was anything that could be improved at Villa Ble, but we just couldn't think of anything. We hope to be able to book Villa Ble again next year and thank our hosts from the bottom of our hearts for the great time.

We spent a wonderful family holiday for 2 weeks at the Luxury Villa Serena in Corfu and would highly recommend this villa to anyone with a large family or group. We celebrated my sisters 50th Birthday and we couldn’t have asked for anything more amazing than this - White Dream Villas provided a stunning and delicious cake for us to celebrate the occasion and the most important thing was that they remembered my sons allergies and ensured the cake was nut free. The villa is in a quiet location with a lovely outdoor area and sizeable pool. Everything was set up perfectly inside and out with plenty of space for large families and groups. There is plenty of kitchen items, ample dining area inside and out with bbq facilities and also a TV in every room. Large living area with extendable WiFi that reached upstairs with the additional router provided which was extremely generous allowing the kids in each room to stream on their devices with ease. As for service and customer care (e.g. restaurant bookings, car rental, tips and recommendations, supermarket items, wheelchairs and much more) White Dream Villas team provided an exceptional one from start to finish - Leon, George and Katherine provided an unforgettable personal service to our family and to myself in particular so a big thank you to you all! I am sure you all know how you supported us in different ways. We felt very looked after and loved every minute of our stay, and rest assured we will be revisiting Corfu not only for the weather and wonderful people/culture but most importantly to receive the exceptional service that the White Dream Villas team provide. We have been to so many European destinations using villas and never receive such an amazing service. A group WhatsApp chat was set up before our departure to Corfu and during our stay and the team were at our beck and call day and night. The villa is also in an excellent location with multiple beaches to choose from as well as shops and restaurants within walking distance and a short drive away. We are planning to come back again next year to Corfu and stay at other villas that White Dream Villas have to offer - until then on behalf of my family we want to thank the team for such a memorable holiday and we look forward to seeing you again next summer - take care and continue your exceptional work and service to your upcoming guests/clients 🙏❤️

Fantastic holiday, the team did a great job organising transfers, activities and a made us feel very welcome. We spent the final day at a nearby 5 star hotel and all felt the villa was a better standard.

I’m more than happy to write an amazing review of the white dream team, George, Katherine and Leon. We stayed in Aelia Villa in Kassiopi with my family. The villa was amazing!!! The owners should be so proud it was so tastefully designed and decorated. The minute I booked the villa the team set up a what’s app group. Nothing was ever a problem. They checked in with us regularly and we felt very well looked after. I would fully recommend this team. George even took to the time to call to say goodbye. We will definitely be back. Thank you all so very much for making our holiday so memorable

Just returned from a week at Luxury Villa Eleni in Corfu and would highly recommend this villa to anyone with a large family or group. The villa is gorgeous with the pool being the real centrepiece. Everything set up perfectly inside with plenty of space for many families. There is plenty of kitchen items, bbq and also lots of games for the kids! Whitedreams service was exceptional from start to finish - booking, car rental, tips and recommendations, supermarket items. We felt very looked after and loved every minute of our stay. The villa is also in an excellent location with the beach very close and shops and restaurants within walking distance and a short drive.

We have just returned home after staying in White Swan Villa which was far from the experience we had hoped for. We rented the villa through WhiteDreamVillas.com

House and amenities: At arrival we found the floors in the house to be far from clean as well as hairs in the bathrooms and old dirt underneath the sofa and beds. We even found a very old and moldy gummy bear in one of the coffee cups that were supposed to be clean. Also according to the rental company the kitchen was supposed to be equipped with a dish washer and a microwave but neither of these were present in the house. The rental company did bring a microwave to the house after receiving our complaint but the kitchen is small and so it had to be placed on the floor due to lack of space. With regards to the dishwasher White Dream Villas knew there wasn’t any in the house but still they initially tried to convince me there wasn’t supposed to be one until I showed them the description on their own website which was clearly stating that the house is equipped with a dishwasher.

When it comes to the kitchen it is far from well equipped. There were no real kitchen knifes, no potato peeler, no cheese slicer, no scissor and only a few pots. The kitchen is simply not suited for making home cooked meals as it is now. The rental company seemed completely uncomprehending when I shared this feedback and tried to convince me this is normal for a rental villa. While I have never rented a house in Corfu before I have rented vacation houses in Italy and France and this is definitely not standard for a 4500 eur/week villa.

The same goes for the bathrooms where there were no curtains or glass doors installed and no bathroom scrapers. This means that since the bathrooms are quite small everything will get completely soaked when showering. Again White Dream Villas kept telling me that this is normal and nothing to complain about. I got the feeling that the bathrooms were never fully finalized and the owner just hasn’t bothered to do anything about it.

Area: We were anything but positively surprised by the area that the house is located in. The water in the bay is extremely polluted and the area seems like a dumping ground for waste and houses that have been abandoned. There is even a bad smell when going for a walk along the coast. To underline how uncharming this area is we saw rats running around on the street 50m away from the house. Another example of how the house description certainly is misguiding is that it states clearly (on the rental company’s website) that Gouvia beach is a 12 min walk away (this information has now been replaced with a 20 min walk to Eva Palace beach). According to Google (and confirmed by the rental company) the house is a 28 min walk on a highly trafficked road from Gouvia beach.

To sum up, we were extremely disappointed with our stay in this house. I complained first thing to White Dream Villa but although they have acknowledged parts of the misguiding information, they tell me the owner will not give a refund on the rental price of the house and neither will they take any responsibility themselves which I think is unusual for a rental company. Also the second day they came to our house with a car and told us we could use the car for free for the week as a compensation. When we told them we already rented a car and didn’t need the car they suggested we could have a free dinner or a boat trip on their account having to be at a specific restaurant and at a specific boat rental company. Again an acknowledgement of the fact that things were certainly not as promised but it feels like they were trying to bribe us off with things we didn’t ask for. All we asked for was a refund for some of what we paid for the house since it was certainly not as described. After turning down the dinner and the boat rental (because we already had other plans) we have not received any follow up from the rental company and they continue to refuse to give any economic compensation.

We have just returned from a week in Corfu and had a wonderful time, the villa was as described, and spotlessly clean, nothing was too much trouble and issues sorted immediately. The only slight issue was access and parking - make sure you have a small car as turning around in space was a challenge. Would certainly return.
