I have worked with the team at White Horse for over 3 years and cannot speak highly enough about their service. They manage 3 of my HMO’s and have always done a sterling job of ensuring that the properties are fully tenanted but also (more importantly) that tenants are happy. Their communication, professionalism and pure experience is second to none. Would not hesitate to recommend

I’ve been working with White Horse for many years as an out of area landlord & investor. Being able to know your property is being well managed, has high occupancy & any maintenance that crops up is dealt with takes an incredible weight off your shoulders. The team are always available, completely transparent & I work with several similar service providers in different geographies & the white horse team are hands down the best.

Been working with WPC for over 3 years managing my properties. Dean, Kevin and the team are A*. Responsive, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Used agents before, but WPC are a different league. Always solutions to issues and incredibly attentive.

I have lived at a White Horse property in Bracknell for the last 3 years. The house itself is in a great location, lovely basic shared space with plenty of storage and the room is good value for money and has good storage. High quality TV and good WIFI made my long stay enjoyable. The house I stayed at came with a large garden but lacked upkeep. Having a fortnightly cleaner is great and did a good job at keeping the house clean. The team are very friendly and easy to talk to but unfortunately from my perspective, the upkeep, maintenance solutions and sometimes response times to completing maintenance issues that we highlighted took far too long to resolve, impacting on housemates. Positively very smooth check-in and checkout process.

Overall, a spacious, good value and nicely furnished houseshare - just needing faster resolution on maintenance requests and a little bit of love.

Really a 5* service from start to finish. From the move in process, the quality of the room and house as a whole, the care they put into maintaining the properties, right the way through to checkout! After over 2 years with them there have been absolutely no issues, which is rare to find in a house share situation. Would definitely recommend checking them out. A very reasonable charge to have the room professionally cleaned as well!

Contacted White Horse PC on Spareroom and expressed interest in viewing one of their rooms which is in a flat share. The agent made it possible for me to do the viewing online as I was far away from the locations. From there I paid the holdings deposit and then started the paperwork, which went smoothly. Communication was easy and responsiveness was consistent. I moved in without any problem and I absolutely love the quality of property White Horse PC has provided me with. I basically have no problem with buying some household stuff again as it has already been provided and this made my life very easy as I am still trying to navigate the city. In all, I will say if you are looking for a quality room to rent in a flatshare, White Horse PC should be your go-to agency. I will recommend White Horse PC over and over again if you are looking for a place in Bracknell, Winnersh, Wokingham area.

I'm currently in my 5th week of my house share, after coming from a family home.
I was a bit worried at first but now I love being hear in this clean modern home.
Dean has been great so far with answering questions and dealing with any issues within the house.
So far so good.

I had an exceptional experience with White Horse PC and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Dean and Jasmine were amazing. From start to finish, they were a team of friendly, supportive, and professional individuals who truly went above and beyond to assist me with the moving process. Both of them are really approachable where you feel more like a friend rather than a simple customer.

Transparency was another important aspect. Everything was well explained before starting the moving process and there was no “sketchy” moment whatsoever with the contract or with the payments. Everything was transparent. That was a big difference compared to other previous experiences I had where signing the contract or paying a deposit was a very stressful moment.

The professionalism could be seen not only in the interaction with the agents, but also in the quality of housing they provide. The house I just moved in has been refurbished at the newest standards with a really interesting decorative style too. The attention to details was impressive and it truly has anything you’d need.

In regards to potential problems, everything is sorted out as soon as possible. There are no long response times from the agency and they try to find someone as quickly as possible.

Overall I really recommend White Horse as they are not the typical agency which will give headaches. They are set apart from others by the positive engagement they provide to their tenants and the dedication they have for their work.

Very prompt and polite. I was in panic because I had to secure a property asap. The agent responded within half an hour since I have applied and the referencing process was also quick and easy, with a minimum of stupid questions and requirements. Definitely will recommend.
