I never received this costume and still got charged. I have emailed multiple times and they sent me an email to return the item that I never received smh this is ridiculous

My order was a bit pricey However it was received before Halloween from a last minute order

The wrong costume was sent, and when I called, the associate gladly sent out the correct one, and said I could keep the incorrect one. She was very kind.

The wig was not like the one in the picture. It was short and very curly. Not long and straight.

Its Nov 9. I still do not have the costume.
It was promised for halloween of 2021.
I can use it next year, I guess. If it ever comes.. paid for at purchase time 100%.

I ordered this costume on October 24th. I paid fire shipping, it was supposed to be delivered on October 29th. It is now November 8th, and I still have not received the costume!!

Never received product. Awful communication. Will never order from again. My kids Halloween was ruined and he was heart broken.

The company cancelled my order but did not notify me. The shipper lost 1000 plus items in shipment. There should have been communication to the customer!

I never even received the boots! Ruined my Halloween costume actually. Don’t guarantee something will arrive in time and then not follow through.

Absolutely, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ordered my daughter’s Halloween costume 10/23 and paid an extra $12.99 for 2 day shipping. The order was updated by Wholesale Halloween Costumes as shipped 10/24 and assigned a tracking number. However, the USPS tracking said awaiting package from shipper through October 30. The package was not sent. Maybe they didn’t really have it in stock so it was delayed? Maybe they lost the package within their own warehouse? Doesn’t really matter what their issue was, honestly. The package finally arrived on Nov 1, obviously after Halloween. My daughter didn’t have a costume and we were left to find one locally the day before and spend even more money on a costume she didn’t love. No returns accepted if postmarked after October 24. The costume was donated to a local charity as it will not fit my daughter next year. Unethical. BUYER BEWARE!

The costume arrived quickly. It got here so fast that I couldn't track it with the link.
I should have ordered a size smaller since it wasn't a one piece jumpsuit like the one I got elsewhere.

I was told upon ordering that I would receive this Halloween costume on 10/29. Today, 11/8 i still have no Halloween costume to wear. I understand we have a crap workforce right now, but at least send an email that it’s going to be late and give a chance to cancel the order.

A week and a half went by and I still hadn’t received my costume. Placed order on October 25th in hopes to have it by Halloween and it still hasn’t come.

Paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive til after Halloween. Will be returning order.

It was one size fits all. Wish it was a little more roomy so I could close the bottom.

Everything about my experience has been terrible. The company is misleading at best.

I paid extra for expedited 2 day shipping on Oct 23rd and was promised it would arrive Oct 28th. It did not arrive until Nov 1 and there was no way to reach anyone over the weekend. What kind of Halloween costume store is not available the weekend of Halloween?! I have called multiple times during ‘business hours’ and the line drops. I’ve emailed about 4 times both via the site directly and the email mentioned on the phone message…I’ve received one response saying I’ll be refunded the extra shipping fee. I want the rest of my $ back being that I missed out on my company event and ran out last minute to get another costume in time for Halloween. I’m so disappointed on all aspects.

I am still waiting on this item. There have been no updates to the tracking since I ordered. I received an email that it shipped the day after I ordered it, and since then there has been no further information. This was two weeks ago.
