I still have not received my order two weeks after placing it and tracking shows it’s still on its way to DHL. DHL cannot provide any details either. Very frustrating.

The order didn’t come when it was supposed to, I payed for priority shipping and it came 6 days later than it was supposed to (the same date it would’ve came if I didn’t pay for priority shipping) so I think they ripped me off.

I never received this order. I will likely never order anything again from Wholesale Halloween Costumes.

I paid extra to make sure that my costume would get here before Halloween, and unfortunately, it came a few days after.

I never received the costume and was only told when I called.

I never received this product so I can't really leave an adequate review.

I ordered a week or so in advance before Halloween. Paid expedited shipping on top of it. Said it would be here on the 28th and it arrived 3 days AFTER Halloween. Plus no return so very disappointing. As for the Batman costume, the shoulders were MASSIVE but it still did the job.

Horrible customer service. I have reached out several times regarding my item. And didn't receive any response. I never received my item and I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Will never order from this company again.

They were great about responding to my email. Very helpful.

Paid for expedited shipping and never received item. Had to go to spirit to buy a Halloween costume 20 miles way from my home. After contacting wholehalloweencostumes they “guaranteed” I would be receiving my costume that same day but still even 1.5 weeks after Halloween it has not arrived. They are now sending me a return label with an expiration date to return the costume I still do not have. Please stay away from wholesalehalloweencostumes.com because this feels like scam and have had to dispute the issue with my bank.

No package delivered, no communication about it. 10 days past delivery date and still no response.

I can’t review the actual product because I never received it. Supposedly it shipped on 10/25. Today is 11/8 and no package. Rip off. Don’t waste your money.

I haven't received the boots I ordered for Halloween! No one answers my emails or the phone! I want my money back!

This company is the worst company I have ever ordered from. They did not send me everything I ordered and sent me stuff that I did not order. When I called back they said that they were out of it??? Why don’t you have people that can read orders? I’m supposed to be getting a refund? Do not buy anything from them

I paid for expedited shipping the day I was expecting it to costume to come for Halloween party it didn't show up I called and was told that you no longer had the merchandise sorry for any inconvenience that's what the lady told me and I will be refunded I haven't yet to get my refund send me my refund

I never received my costumes. I never received a response from the merchant as to what happened and so far they stole my money.

I ordered my costume on October 24th for a party being held, November 6th. When I ordered the website stated my costume would arrive in October. Today is November 6, the day of the party and still no costume. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered an infant Zorro costume and got a Star Wars mask instead, and once it arrived I found out that I only had 15 days since the day it was ordered to return it, which had already passed by. Therefore, I give this one star.

Ordered two items that were stated to be available and ready to ship. The tracking information received stated both items would be in a single package. It is worth noting this purchase was made in the fall of 2021. The package arrived on-time as promised. However the package only had one of my items. I called the telephone support line every two minutes for 2 hours. If I am anything, I am persistent. The recorded line was received each and every time. I also emailed and was contacted by the support team 7 days later asking for clarification.

I am hopeful they will be able to fulfill the order. Which will allow my family to have the themed Halloween we had envisioned. Albeit a year later.
