The quality of the boots is great but unfortunately they didn't fit. I'm having real trouble trying to return them as UPS require a phone number, which isn't available. I wouldn't buy from here again,... もっと見る

Excellent Service Great Product
I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering boots on line especially wide calf boots. But after speaking to the customer service rep, who was most helpful and taking careful measurements I went ahead. I'm delighted with my new wellington boots. They are both stylish and practical. They fit exactly as the customer service rep said. The delivery was speedy as well. I will certianly consider ordering again next winter.

Fantastic boots
The boots are very well made and extremely comfortable. A real find, especially being able to get boots with extra foot width. Only snag for me was the delivery company, which got my address wrong, so had to wait a few days whilst this was sorted out, but overall very good experience.
