It's not a scam, but it took longer than expected (5 weeks) with a bit of non-communication that was responsible for also getting the idea of being scammed. Within a few days after payment, I received the confirmation with a tracing code that the package was send. In the next 3 weeks the transporter website showed the package has not been hand over. On questions via email WRM did not respond. It might be due to holydays, but I kept my fingers crossed and on 4 januari the package was handed over to GLS. Lucky me because WRM has an excellent choice of metal powders.

I got scammed! I made an order more than a month ago. First I messaged because they haven't shipped the package more than a week after the payment, they said that they had "unexpected" supplier problems, after that I got an email that the goods are on their way, with tracking information. The package haven't even been handed to the courier after 3 weeks since they were "shipped", while the website states that the delivery in the EU takes 6-12 days. When I asked for an update several times, they stoped answering e-mails.
