Wig Studio 1 レビュー

It would be helpful having the color of the wig on the photo showing the model wearing it. Frustrating trying to figure it out! I have noticed other wig websites and apps have the color right on the photo. WAY better/easier to navigate and decide which color to choose.
Thank you for the opportunity.

The wig I ordered was on Backorder, which wasn't told to me until after I purchased it.

They offered me couple of different wigs to choose from, so I got one of those.

I am not really excited about the quality of the wig, there is a lot of permatease in the top and I had not seen that on the picture. There are not details in the explanation of the wig on the website. If it had said it had the permatease, I would not have gotten the one I did.

Customer service was great! I needed some paperwork to submit to my insurance for reimbursement. Got everything I needed quickly and the communication/follow up was phenomenal.

Wonderful, professional, immensely kind!

I’ve been buying from and following Wig Studio1 for quite sometime now and love purchasing from them. Never had any issues with my purchases. The pricing is extremely fair and the sales are beyond beyond. I will continue to purchase from Andrea because she is a great reviewer, understands the needs of people who have to wear wigs.

Love wigstudio1, I’ve never have any issues, I’ve been a customer since 2021. Extremely happy and satisfied

This wig is absolutely stunning , this company is one of the best. Losing hair at my age is devastating but being able to use my fsa which is through my work allows me to be able to have my confidence back. Words cannot express what you have done for me. Also I follow she she on tik tok she should be your model, she is beautiful, kind, and truly care as does this company.

Love this company for their wigs, pricing and top of the line customer service and communication

Very helpful very nice.
I had to do a return, I love the wig, but I didn’t like the color because it was too dark. The person on the phone was very helpful for my return.

I am impressed with the professionalism of Wigs Studio 1, although everyone also seems kind and willing to help if and when they can. I have been wearing wigs since 2006, so I have purchased from many places. I'm very happy and intend to stay with Wigs Studio 1.

I have been on a search for several months on a new wig style. At the beginning of my search, I met Jamie, via email. I can’t say enough about how she has helped me so much with the many questions I have had. She has always been professional, but also made me feel as if I was talking to a friend! She is very knowledgeable as well. I am sure this can be said of all the Wig Studio 1 consultants.

I feel Wig Studio 1 strives to make your wig journey as easy, and helpful as possible. Thank you Jodie, and Wig Studio 1, for being so helpful, and very prompt, from beginning to end of my new wig journey! I will definitely be purchasing my wigs here going forward.

I ordered Briar by Noriko in Mushroom Frost. Love the color. The style that I received is not the style that I ordered. I guess depending on the color you order it’s a different style. Because it was from the outlet I can not return it. ☹️

I am new to wearing wigs. My cancer diagnosis and hair loss has been tough. Thank goodness I found Wig Studio 1. I have struggled to find a wig that fits me, especially with all the colors and different things to know about wearing a wig. I bought a couple from a few other places before I found Wig Studio 1. There is a HUGE difference in the wig companies out there. I decided to have a wig consult with Jodi at Wig Studio 1. Wow, what an amazing experience. Jodi is so knowledgeable and really helped me understand all the things you need to know about wigs. I ordered a wig and I am so excited to try it. Wig Studio 1 is really the VERY best company I have tried so far. The support, videos, return policy and how they expedite your order is all fabulous. They really "get" me and have made my journey so much easier. Thank you, Jodi and Wig Studio 1. Who knows, maybe I will even share my unboxing video so I can help other people choose the right wig.

Wig Studio 1 is an excellent co. Very professional, friendly & very responsive to questions. They have been very helpful in anything I have needed from them. I highly recommend them.

Quick delivery of a wonderful wig.

The shipping was fast! They kept me informed by email. I would buy from them again!
