I highly recommend a personal consultant. Anna’s support and guidance was invaluable, from selecting flattering styles, to the proper fit, and care of wigs. I selected Jon Renau’s Gabrielle, and Ellen Willa’s Blues. Beautiful low density, care free styles!

Arrived fairly quickly..the only issue and its a small one the wig from the ears down is a more subdued blonde to my liking the crown and bangs are of brighter shade of blonde more brassiness but still very wearable and comfortable and stylish..Its the most comfortable wig I have to date ..I will definitely purchase more.

First of all you have a "date of experience"? What is that?
I purchased the wig on the 10th of September, I received it on September 23.
When I opened the box I was appalled. This was not a new wig. It was in the general sale but it was NOT open box or returned category. Its appearance was messy , there seemed to be product in the hair. It was in every was looking like a wig that someone returned after having worn it . I closed the box, and it is going back to you. The caliber of your product has gone so far down hill , it is hard to understand. It used to be a well managed, good product offered, and in some cases amazing product offered. I had recently bought another wig. That was a disappointment as well. Poorly represented. Actually, misrepresented in all honesty. Here is another mess. I do not understand if you have any quality control. It is not obvious.

I ordered a wig cap i never received

I love my first wig and have ordered more. Everyone I have dealt with is honest, prompt and orders have been on time and without problems. All my questions or concerns have been swiftly addressed.

Well, I love Wig Studio 1 first of all because the customer service snd the fast shipping and the prices are outstanding. I couldn’t believe I got my wig within four or five days instead of two or three weeks like some places. It’s amazing and the return policy is awesome.

Prices are great, especially the sales and clearance wigs. Delivery time is fast! Customer service is very helpful.

As a 1st time wig buyer, I was not aware that a reduced price meant that the wig was an Open Box wig and I thought that I had the opportunity to return it, as the style was not as described, nor was the color the same as indicated on the website.

I have been doing business with WS1 for years. Always helpful. Always reliable.

Recently I bought my first human hair wig, Jacey, by PUSH in Belle Cream. Since I wear bangs in my own hair, I had my hairdresser cut bangs and taper the sides and I love it! It doesn't have an abundance of hair like my synthetic wigs. I liked it so much that I bought a second PUSH wig, Eclipse! Thank you Wigstudio1, for carrying the PUSH brand. Jean Scofield in Kansas
