I have followed William for twenty years or more, and have bought several courses from him. He appears to be honest and weathered.

I bought my first real estate investment property just 6 months after purchasing his sub2deals course. I just closed on my 5th investment property last month! Just one of my deals, last year, made a net profit of over $100,000! I would say William's courses are worth every penny and so much more! I've known William for almost 20 years. He has taught the same thing for as long as I've known him. Buying several (not hundreds) of houses and making them cash flow for a steady income. He doesn't chase every shiny object. He doesn't preach that everyone needs to build an 8 figure empire. He teaches simple concepts to acquire real estate and not complicate your life.
