Consummate real estate pro, still doing his own deal!
William is great guy breaking down ways to acquire real estate with little or no money down. He’s doing what he says, practicing what he preaches, and at the end of each podcast reminds you to get out there and talk to some sellers and you’ll buy some real estate. It’s true, and he’ll walk you through the process if you have questions! Can’t say enough good things about him!
