Creating a will and other important legal documents can feel overwhelming, but Nolo Willmaker software made the entire process straightforward and manageable. The software is exceptionally user-friendly, and the guidance provided instilled confidence that we were making informed decisions. The final documents look highly professional, giving us significant peace of mind. We are very pleased with Willmaker's ease of use and the professional results that provide us with valuable security.

Easy to use, great instructions, nice finished product. Online version has a somewhat annoying lag between entries (did not try the downloaded version - this may be better) and it would be nice to be more precise in going back to make changes, rather than having to click through multiple pages just to change one entry.

Found what I was looking for and got it done quickly.

The software is easy as it can possibly be to use. It's a great exercise to be forced to think through all of these big life and death decisions.

One issue though is that I'm still nervous that the forms are somehow not legitimate / legal and that there will be some headaches when they are really needed. This is probably my paranoia, but I can't shake the feeling. Regardless, even if I were to eventually pass my documents by a lawyer, I'm sure this would have been beneficial because I would be much more prepared with what I truly value.

It's time for us to get our estate plan nailed down. The only thing missing from Will Maker is "how to convince your wife that you don't need to spend so much money with a lawyer to get this done."

Easy and thorough

Program is easy to use. Nolo provides quality software at a fair price.

Very pleased with ease of use and what was offered for such a low price. Two things I wanted to recommend being added to the Will information.
1. The Will need two witnesses that are not mentioned in the will, related to the person or hospital staff.
2. The transfer of deed says it has to be filed before death. In my case the auditor allowed the filing after death since the deed had been signed and notarized before death. Thought it might be good to add to check what your County Auditor on this if you don’t get it filed before.

Will Maker asks the correct questions, so you know how to answer it. Helpful hints further clarify the questions.

Very easy and quick to use, covers all the things you might not have thought about. Highly recommend for anyone to use.

Software is very intuitive and easy to use.

I'm still working with Willmaker. There is a lot of information to absorb, collect, and process. The in-context help is fantastic. I also use Gemini Pro to help fill in any questions I have. In the past, I have used a much older version of Willmaker. I also have a lot of experience with estate planning lawyers. IMO Willmaker does a more comprehensive job than so-called professional lawyers. Remember, a lawyer only offers an opinion. And, if you end up needing them to support the documents you paid for the hourly rate can bankrupt you or in this case, drain your estate away from your heirs.

I've used Will Maker many years ago. Since then I used an attorney to change ther Will and added a couple of Codicils.
I've now gone back to using WIll Maker and was very pleased with the ease along with tips and questions along the way.

Went the software download route because of all the additional documents. Software is very affordable and especially so with the discount available at the time. Plenty of explanations of terms in addition to the documents. For will creation, the interview format is stellar. Will feel very comfortable taking our draft package to an attorney for review.
