Wasn't clear that I could use the same will for myself and for my spouse, so I bought 2. But you had good customer service and refunded the one I didn't need. The proving affidavit provided was not notary friendly so I pulled up my own. All in all did the job we needed.

Great for the Will but the Living Will…
Great for the Will but the Living Will part produces a huge document that is hard for most people to digest. Hospitals refuse to deal with even 2 page Living Wills pushing back on the doctor in attendance to give orders to stop artificial means of prolonging life. The questions to generate documents are very thorough and well explained.

Tool for basics, forget the Trust ability
Good basic tool to help you create the most basic of legal documents. Not sure it is better than finding, completing and notarizing basic legal templates for a Will, Durable Financial Power of Attorney, and Healthercare Power of Attorney/Directive online (for state you reside in). I was hoping the Trust creation ability would be the game changer, but rather than allowing you to activate on death, i.e. - once person dies, then all of their belongings go into trust, everything goes into the trust immediately, meaning every piece of property with a deed (house, land, car) needs to have a deed created in the trust name vs name of person, and every bank or financial account also needs to be adjusted. Phew!

98% of my questions got answers with the step-by-step program. Took less than four hours to complete. I expected it would take much longer than that. Excellent product for the price. Only "con" to its usage was two questions I had that were not covered by the programing. I did not see a way to obtain the answers I needed for them.

Easy To Use & Comprehensive
The product is very easy to use and quite comprehensive. I have used it to prepare and update a variety of documents for my wife and I, which, when we had these prepared in the past for us, cost us over $1000. If there is one thing I would like the product to do that it doesn't currently offer, is the ability to prepare a Trust to go along with the Wills I created.

This is an easy to use product that covers everything that you need for planning and executing a will and other important documents. It allows updates and you can easily make changes until you have the will that covers all the bases.

Willmaker Lifted a Heavy Burden
My daughter texted me the Quicken Willmaker link so I could compare it with other Will and Trusts apps. When I saw the difference in price (I'm talking hundreds of dollars) and what was offered along with setting up a Living Trust, I was blown away...no comparison! Willmaker provided everything from making out a Living Will/Trust to completing a Health Care Directive to writing a letter to your survivors. That was a nice touch.
