Stefan and team helped me in finding bridging finance for an upcoming property purchase that was in such a condition no traditional bank would consider.

Terms were good and they presented me with a range of responses from a variety of different lenders.

The transaction from the finance side was very easy. Legals were straight forward and the lender didn’t impose any silly conditions. Stefan knew which lender would be easy to work with based on previous experience and the decision was made.

Both Stefan and Josh kept pushing the sale through which dragged due to the sellers situation and poor legal team.
Lots of chasing which eventually resulted in some traction and completion.

Stefans knowledge of the specialist finance market is clearly second to none with insight on lending patterns, market trends etc.

They know the market well, as well as how to pair you with the right lender, and what is the right product for you. They are a very honest and trustworthy firm. They also help out at all key stages, chasing legals, supplying clear excel comparisons of terms, advising and commenting on our comparables document for the valuer, etc.

What can I say!! Stefan and Louise were amazing to work with!! No need to employ your own team when you have these two, it’s like we are all in one office together.
