I will like to commend Louise and Stefan. The tenacity, grit helped me achieve my goal of getting a lender and getting my property process sorted end to end. Having worked with a number of brokers on numerous property transactions over the years, I can safely say that Willow Isle are the best I have encountered. The level of professionalism from Stefan / Josh / wider team is unparalleled. Excellent market knowledge (also wider economic thinking) Clear presentation of options available, organisational ability, ensuring all parties are working together and the transaction keeps momentum, rather than becoming stagnant.

This is the second time I'm using Willowisle to arrange bridging finance for auction purchase.
Stefan is very knowledgeable and would go over the different possible scenarios with you.
Louise is just a super star, she keeps you informed during the whole process so you're not agitated (considering these were auction purchases).
Even when we had problems on the second purchase, Louise was quick to get another lender; she was on top of things and we were able to complete on the very last date for completion.
I would definitely recommend Willowisle 100%.

Josh and Stefan have been absolutely brilliant - professional, proactive and effective, especially communicating with all parties involved including solicitors which is often the hardest part. Louise really helped us push this deal over the line. Legals took significantly longer than expected, but without Louise I have no doubt it would have gone on for even longer!

The guys at Willow Isle made financing a property (bridging) and using that to complete on another property easy. They followed up on everyone in the transaction diligently daily; which helped to speed up the pace of everyone involved. I can't recommend them enough..I'll be back with plenty more deals
