"We regret to inform you that your account has been closed due to an administrative decision.
Thank you for your understanding."
Auf Nachfrage, aus welchem Grund mein Konto aufeinmal geschlossen wurde, kam diese Mail:
"We sincerely regret to inform you that your account has been closed as a result of an administrative decision. Please understand that we reserve the right to close accounts without providing a specific reason. Thank you for your understanding."
Wie bitte??
Update: Den Auszahlungsbetrag habe ich erhalten. Der Account bleibt nach wie vor geschlossen.
