Decided not to go ahead and they hounded me for weeks

Avoid composite doors from this company.
Within the first year of installation my door needed a full respray due to paint chipping.

A couple of years later, the paint is chipping again around the handle and panels (with the substrate now visibly exposed), and the plastic trim above and below the letterbox has cracked.

Despite the door being sold with a 10-year warranty, they refuse to fix the issues and claim it’s “general wear and tear.” Absolutely not.

When you pay thousands of pounds to make your home look nice, you expect quality products and proper aftercare. They’ve failed on both.

Internet scheme claimed grants or financial assistance available when that is not the case however Pennine windows were straight forward to deal with and up front with the correct information in all their discussions and negotiations

Quotation was 26th Sept. Surveyor came out 2nd October. Windows still to be fitted (Nov) so I can’t review that part yet. What I can say is the service from those I have interacted with has been great. Very friendly and very clear communication. I’ve had regular progress updates and check-ins from the office team also so everything has ran smoothly up to now.

From initial contact to completion of the installation of my window the fitting team involved - Dave, Dale and Corrina as co-ordinator were all careful to keep me up to date with what was happening and when. Delivery was prompt, installation went a dream and the job was completed with care and in good time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Windows plus Roofs to anyone.

Good quality products. A few problems but they were always very helpful and things got sorted quickly. Hope they are still around the next time I need doors, windows, a kitchen or Bathroom!

Expert assistant and efficient & smooth process to progress the installation. Good value for money.

Fantastic service from start to finish
A little pricy but I’m a firm believer of you get what you pay for, the quality of the windows are perfect. I’m yet to see how effective
they are in the winter.

Professional throughout, with good quality materials.

I was kept informed throughout by Corrina. She called when she said she would and was professional as well as personable. Geoff and Nathan removed my old door and fitted the new one very quickly and did a great job. They were also very professional clearing up after themselves and good guys to talk to. Great service all round.

Really pleased with the two doors I had fitted. From first contacting the company the service has been excellent. I was kept informed about everything before the work was done. Then the fitters came and did a great job, never stopped just got on with the work.I was shown how locks worked and everything was left neat and tidy. I then had a visit to make sure I was happy, followed up by a phone call from Corrina. Would certainly recommend

Excellent job from start to finish.. So happy how it looks. The fitters were really good and so quick, they explained how the locks
on the doors and windows worked to me and made sure all the rubbish was removed.
Jordan was very helpful and rang to check on the progress and sent the insurance documents straight away.
Would definitely recommend them.

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS! They are basically conmen. They use old school high pressure tactics to force sales. They lie to prospective customers about the process involved in their ‘no obligation quotes’. I later learned that this is because a payment is made for each victim who agrees to receive a quote. They then turn up at your home and sit over you for hours (single female alone at home) quoting ridiculous amounts then claiming they’ve just called their manager who has agreed a reduction. Further pressure tactics of offering credit and when all else fails, becoming aggressive.

They then hound you by phone and don’t remove your data when asked. They will continue to call you for months even after making complaints and making it clear you do not wish to be contacted again. It verges on harassment, which would indicate they’re desperate for business. Their attitude is clearly sell, sell, sell with no honesty, integrity or accountability.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales agent, Sam, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Talked through all options available and showed patience and a willingness to help when we hit a snag finalising the sale (no fault of his or the company). The surveyor, Rob, was really friendly. Absolutely knew his stuff and went above and beyond his job in helping me remove an unwanted item from my guttering that I couldn't reach. The install itself was great, though it was delayed I was kept updated throughout. The installers (I'm sorry guys I didn't take down your names) were great. Very respectful of my property, my dogs and the fact that I was working from home. They turned up bright and early and just cracked on with the job. Very impressed with the company and the service I received from everyone involved. I will definitely use them again

A replacement window was fitted in place of old existing.
The workmanship and communication has been great throughout, from initial discussions and ordering.
The team Graham and Paul were very courteous of the surroundings, they worked swiftly removing the old and fitting the new achieving a high standard of workmanship.
During the course of the order / installation we were kept up to date by Kim who very professionally followed the job through to completion, supplying myself with the warranty certificate which was great service.

Thrilled with my new front door, it looks great. The workers were clean, tidy and professional so much so I have now ordered a new back door.
