Highly recommend! Great website with some amazing products. So pleased with my mirror. I’d looked for a long time for something that would match my decor.

I wasn’t disappointed
Was a bit reluctant to use this website as I’ve never heard of them before. However, I wasn’t disappointed. The price of the mirror I bought wasn’t expensive compared to other and the quality was 10/10. The communication was amazing. They rang and emailed for delivery date and the day of delivery. Was very impressed and will definitely order again from Windsor Browne. :)

Delighted - Excellent service from start to finish!
Excellent service from start to finish, even when there was an issue with one of the items ordered being damaged Winsor Browne were extremely good and efficient at getting it resolved. They also have a huge variety of really beautiful and somewhat unique items available to purchase. Pricing was reasonable too considering how high end many of the things we purchased are.
Will definitely shop with them again, can't recommend enough.

Terrible Customer Service
After 8 days waiting for my order to get delivered I got an automated email to say I was being refunded for goods returned. News to me as I hadn’t heard a thing. When I contacted the company they were polite but couldn’t explain why the courier company returned the order and suggested I place the order again. Very poor customer service, needless to say I did not re-order.

We are currently investigating with the courier why it was returned to sender without any notification. I cannot apologise enough for the inconvenience caused. Had this not have been refunded and the order closed we would have been able to rearrange a delivery for you which is why we asked if you would replace the order again.
