Very happy with purchase of new mirror
Very happy with purchase of new mirror. Quick delivery. There was a deep cut in the cardboard box but as the item was well protected with polystyrene and bubble wrap there was no damage to the mirror.

Plant pot arrived rusty
Awful. My expensive gold plant pot arrived with a line of rust on the outside and inside. I emailed the company and was told someone would respond in 2 working days. No response came except an email asking me to review my experience. Ok then!

Great products, but they are at the mercy of their suppliers
We ordered and paid for a clock however the delivery kept getting pushed back and back. In the end we cancelled our order and got a refund. The customer service team have been very good, but I see that the item is still on sale on the website with an expected date of end of Sept. We ordered ours on Feb 13th!!!

Returns
Ordering was quick and easy. Unfortunately I had to return my order although it was beautiful the item was too small for where I wanted it going. The returns process was easy and the lady in customer service was so helpful she kept me updated daily.

Sub standard product and sub standard customer service
I ordered a metal sideboard that arrived in very poor condition, and had clearly not been manufactured correctly. Customer service was slow to respond to emails and provided poor responses to how they would resolve. I have ended up asking to return the product and then having it refunded. Although have been told that may take 12 days or longer depending on 'when that are in the area'. I would avoid this company in the future.

Hi Ed,
Sorry to hear that this has arrived to you with issues, and the customer service you received. We do have to allow 24 - 48 hours for all emails to be answered, as these are not monitored all the time, and this is confirmed on the auto reply from the emails. I can see that you were given the option to keep the sideboard with a partial refund or an exchange, however as the sideboard is currently not in stock, we will make sure our warehouse team do check these upon arrival to ensure that there our no faults due to manufacturing. As the sideboard is a larger item, we do have to allow 3-12 days for this to be picked up, this is the standard collection and delivery time for all larger items. Upon its return back into our warehouse, our accounts team will get this refunded for you.
