Windsor Browne レビュー

Beautiful mirror & I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived, pride of place in my bedroom.

Excellent Customer Service from Chelsi at Windsor Browne. Great communication & updates, faultless service.
Skelton Clock is absolutely lovely

Ordered and delivered as expected

I had seen on Amazon cheaper versions of this stag arriving damaged, so thought, I'd better try elsewhere. So happy I did, it's made of cast metal and of course arrived perfect. Definitely recommend. A few more pence makes a lot more sense (now where's that from...?)

Both items arrived damaged, when I returned them only received a refund for one item then 4 days later received the other refund only after I telephoned. Not good service at all.

Simple to order quick delivery .we'll done

Products arrived on time and in perfect condition

Lovely gold mirror. Delivered super fast. Well packaged. Very stylish and easy to install. Would order again and recommend

Lovely door handles. Fast delivery. Just what I was looking for.

Ordered a wall cabinet and it came broken in several places. I was happy to keep and fix but with only £30 off a £214 unit. I rejected the offer and asked for a replacement which was also offered. 3 weeks later and I’ve never had a reply to arrange pick up and delivery of a replacement. I’ve chased every week and no response! So what do I do now?

Great purchase really pleased would buy another one and good delivery service

Good quality product, well packaged and timely delivery

Goods are of good quality. Items were on sale, they arrived quickly too

Ordered two side gold tables which were all scratched with the paint peeling, contacted customer services who responded and asked for pictures however it’s been over a week and no response received despite chasing them - please avoid.

Quick delivery, nice product

Great communication regarding delivery
We'll made product

Wonderful service and the most beautiful mirror…
I am delighted - thank you 😊

Initially, both bedside tables arrived damaged which really upset me as I was waiting for quite a while for them to come back in stock. If I left the review back then, it wouldn't be 5* as the outsourced delivery company also messed up and sent the tables in two separate lorries, so I got only half of my order on the day. The reason why I've changed my mind now is the support and help I received from Chelsi in customer service department who promptly called me, apologised for the situation and sorted an exchange of the damaged tables to a new pair. Both arrived today in perfect condition. Thank you Chelsi for your amazing work ethic and helpful demeanour. This is what a great customer service is all about.
