Quality mirror with excellent and fast delivery
My mirror arrived very well packaged and so quickly too. I opened the box and pulled out my new mirror, it was stunning. Beautiful, heavyweight, amazing quality item with really good, strong fixing plate at the back to hang via 2 screws. We put it up and wow, it’s beautiful and looks even better than the photos online. Thank you Windsor Browne for supplying such a quality product at the best price I could find. I have already recommended your store/ products to a friend and they were so impressed with my purchase, they have placed an order for their new mirror too which is being delivered today.

Windsor Browne からの回答
Good Morning Tim,
Sorry to be reading the item you have ordered has arrived damaged. I have checked through our email platform and we don't appear to have received any emails from you with any pictures. If you are able to please send this across again to customerservices@melodymaison.co.uk with the pictures I would be more then happy to look into this for you.

Pleased with my purchases...
The mirrors I ordered looked just like they did on the pictures, so I'm very happy. I'm a perfectionist. There is not a single mark on them. They arrived within a few days of ordering with the free standard delivery. Well packaged. Easy to hang. The fixings on the back are robust, so they clip into place and no chance of being knocked off, which is important as one is by the front door. I hadn't heard of the company and was dubious, but needn't have been worried.

My fault
My fault, the mirror I chose didn't work but Windsor Browne were brilliant. They collected the item straight away, and refunded my money within 2 days. I will definitely shop with them again

End result is good……
The delivery process wasn’t great - I had to chase and the shelves took several weeks to come.
When they did come the shelves are only finished on one side which is a shame - we mounted the upper shelves upside down so you cannot see the unfinished side.
Having said that now they are up they look great and I have had lots of compliments
