Delays with delivery

I was emailed to say the driver was sick and couldn't deliver my mirror on the date arranged I then got a separate date and time slot. I waited in all day for the mirror for it to still not arrive. When I called I was told the driver was running 1.5 hrs behind schedule and therefore re arranged my date and time slot AGAIN. I've now had to wait in again which is a massive inconvenience. Let's hope it arrives as planned today. The lady I spoke to on the phone at customer service seemed kind and helpful but the over all experience has been very inconvenient

Good Morning. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am so sorry for the sequence of events with your delivery. You are quite correct our first attempt we had to reschedule due to driver illness. The next run was indeed a new member of our delivery team which did indeed run late on the day meaning as you had to go out we missed you again. I can see that this has now been delivered. I do hope you love it and thank you for your comments about our customer service representative. Its is much appreciated.

Fabulous service throughout

Fabulous service throughout. Delivery superb with regular tracking. Sadly goods not quite suitable but customer services arranged a collection to suit us, which again was on time. Cannot fault Windsor Browne
