Windsor Browne レビュー

I am very happy with my beautiful mirror, the quality is excellent. It looks even better than the online photo. Customer service was very good.
The delivery was very quick.
No complaints at all.

Apparently the product I ordered is no long available despite still being advertised on your and Melody Mason sites. Instead of contacting me and offering a refund or an alternative product, a cheaper alternative was sent. Customer services were not massively helpful one person saying that the product I received was the one I ordered, another that the product ordered was out of stock. When I rang up one lady did apologise and say that it was their fault and that the product ordered was no longer available and had been replaced by the cheaper one but that due to an error pictures of the original product were still being used. Obviously if a product is discontinued you need to remove it from all of your advertising. Very dissapointed

Very easy to order and pay. Speedy delivery. Product is well made. Excellent for my requirements.

I found WindsorBrown whilst doing a google search for napkin rings. I was very impressed by how efficiently my order was processed and delivery of the items quickly.
I received my order but noticed part of the order was missing, I phoned customer services who dealt with the issue professionally. I received a follow up phone call informing me that the items were dispatched for next day delivery which meant I had them in time for Christmas. Very impressed and I will be shopping from this company again in the future.

Great company great products

Arrived quickly and was not disappointed with my purchase

Excellent service, product and quick delivery

Completely as advertised, arrived in a very timely manner in a very sturdy box and on shopping around before I made the purchase the item was very competitively priced and value for money.

Initial contact right through to the delivery phase was flawless. Honestly great experience.

Excellent communication. Super fast delivery. Perfect service even down to the courier, informed exactly where he was. So helpful and pleasant.
This company was an absolute joy to deal with. So refreshing in the current climate.
Thank you.

When my clock came I was disappointed in it , a slight dent in the edging of the face and the backing looked very cheap .

I love this clock it so unique it looks great and good quality.
